The place was easy to find and very charming. Waldo provided clear and detailed instructions on to how to get inside the place. The apartment was clean and very neat and the room was big enough to move around. I walked a little bit around the neighborhood and it was nice and peaceful.

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

The place was great for a quick late-night stay, very close to airport. Only tip I will include is to not use Waze as the GPS guide to get here, as it gives you the incorrect way. The place is a bit dark in the evening as a woman checking in to go down the side of the home was a bit scary and uneasy but once in the place all went well for my few hours of sleep.

Great stay with great value! It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and ubers to Old San Juan and elsewhere were also super affordable! We did have issues with the shower being either too hot or too cold, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

I had an amazing stay! The hosts communicated exceptionally well and provided great recommendations. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The location was convenient, everything being within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

My stay at Pat’s was truly one to remember. Me and my partner spent our one year anniversary in such a memorable way and I am glad that we chose our stay where we did. The condominium was greatly kept pristine along with having a communicative host that made my entire trip even more better. She provided us with all the essentials to have a very comfortable stay. Everything was as expected based on the reviews I read ahead of time. There was only two of us and it was perfect for just us. The instructions were excellent. We arrived late and had no issues. We had a rental car so having a parking spot in the garage was perfect. The air conditioners worked wonderfully. When I had questions they were answered promptly. It was a great experience! Thank you!

Jose’s place was incredible. Perfect for a solo trip; walkable with the beach ~10 mins and tons of restaurants and coffee shops close by. The bus itself is so cool, had everything I needed for over a week’s stay and felt safe the entire time I was there. Would 100% stay here again on my next trip to San Juan!

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! I stayed at Lauren's place while attending a conference at the convention center. The walk to the convention center was very easy and quick. I also felt safe walking by myself. Lauren left super clear instructions on how to get inside and park -- so check-in was a breeze. This was especially great since we were arriving so late at night. The apartment was super cute and SO CLEAN! Probably the cleanest air bnb I have visited. She also provided a snorkel and beach towels, and I was able to walk to Playita del Condado for a quick snorkel and swim after the conference. I had so much fun and would definitely book this place again if I ever get to return for a conference. Thank you!

My wife and I chose here to stay for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! Right on the beach and very close to old San Juan. Amazing place!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. The place itself is well situated, the beach below is easily accessible and comfortable for any size family or group of people…(the beach chairs being included is always my absolute favorite part of airbnbs such as this). There were many places to eat surrounding the airbnb. We always felt safe here. It was nice being so close to the airport. There were a lot of supplies ready for us here. Instructions were clear, friendly and easy to follow from host. Parking in the garage below was easy and right next to the elevator. You can’t beat the view of the Atlantic either. Would recommend you book this place next time you visit Puerto Rico!

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful stays I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the place was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out at the beach each morning was pure magic. The area felt very safe and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting PR — I’d definitely come back!
