Hotel vacation rentals in Condado Beach

I wishes the swimming pool was actually a pool and also not located in a different building I think not all the photos are from here and possibly a bit misleading

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

Booked this last minute in order to extend my stay in San Juan and it was a bit pricey for the space you’re getting; but it’s perfect in every other way as far as location and accessibility. Everything is totally walkable and you can even leave your key with the front desk before you leave out so you don’t have to worry about losing it! Thanks for the stay

This was a cute place in the middle of old San Juan. no surprises, very well laid out. Definitely recomend the food at the terrace café. Will come back Definitely.

Nice unit in a central location. The bedroom is air conditioned while the bathroom, kitchen, and living room were not. It wasn't too hot in the other rooms in May, but it did mean that there were mosquitos around. Very close to the beach and not too bad of a walk to Condado to the west. There isn't much of a reason to walk east.

Place was quiet clean and affordable. Staff was also helpful and friendly. Will definitely be staying again

The place was great! Clean and tidy there’s plenty close locations for eateries, the beach was 3 min walk. Overall this place was very safe and private. Great location if staying local in San Juan.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The accommodations were of the highest quality. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, as were all the other amenities in the room. We were able to rest peacefully throughout the night. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing in the room, allowing noise from the hallways to be heard. Despite this, I would not hesitate to book a room here again.

This was a wonderful stay! The price was a steal; the location and apartment were more than worth it. With a bus stop right at the front door, my friends and I were able to get to viejo San Juan and santurce free of charge, which was super convenient. Kenya’s home was wonderful, though I never received a response when posing a question about checkout. Besides that, it was a perfect stay!

This place far exceeded our expectations for our trip. This is my first time doing an air bnb and we didn’t know what to expect. From the minute we book Isabel was responsive and helpful. She gave us plenty of advice on how to explore the island. Ana, was so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The home itself was close to the beach, which was quiet and beautiful. Most days we had the beach to ourselves. The two apartments were perfect for our families, allowing our children to go back and forth from one to the other safely. The pool was beautiful with a great view of the ocean.

Found this Airbnb on a short notice and it met all the expectations. Everything was as described and in a really good location.

The house is extremely beautiful itself and the views are amazing. Many enjoyable amenities as pool, pool table, outdoor sitting areas, tv´s around the house. Bathrooms and rooms are very comfortable. Loved the house and would stay again.

Martin is very helpful, thank you for the very useful small wifi box. Good location to visit Old San Juan via the Cantano ferry. Consider noted the wifi code before arriving if like us you don't have a phone.

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb, which comfortably accommodated the three of us. The host allowed us to check in early at 10 AM for a small fee, although we ended up entering around 12 PM as the cleaning crew hadn’t arrived yet. The neighborhood is nice, with a Walgreens nearby and some restaurants walking distance. The staff we encountered were very welcoming, providing complimentary bottled water, other drinks, and snacks. The lobby and shared spaces were also well decorated. The AC unit is primarily in the bedroom, but sleeping on the sofa bed was comfortable, we used the fan and kept the bedroom door open to maintain airflow. It’s worth noting that the rooms aren’t very soundproof, as we could hear a neighboring alarm each morning, but this was a minor issue.

Had an amazing stay the location was prefect a short drive to everything. Can't wait to visit again.

I stay at Flor's place for my 40th high school reunion. The place was perfect for what I needed. The bed and pillows are very comfy. The studio is clean and very secure. The air-conditioning was marvelous in the 90 degree weather. Flor was very responsive and attentive. Will recommend.

Maria was an excellent host. I had a little issue checking in and she immediately called to help. The location is great! Lots of restaurant nearby. The pool is not available but you're right on the beach. The place could use some updates and new linens but, overall, it was a good stay.
