Family-friendly vacation rentals in Condado Beach

The house was in a great location. Minutes from the the beach and restaurants. Super secure with gated access. The house was super clean and great to have a pool for the hot days. Great spot for some family fun.

We had a great stay at Isabel’s place. It’s a few steps to the beach, which we loved and they had everything accessible for a great beach day. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, ect. The private pool area was our favorite part by far.

We loved our getaway at Victor’s place! The location was great as it’s right on the beach and just steps to the pool from the 1st floor room! Victor was great at communicating and suggested many tips for a better stay and for great dining. There is a supermarket very close-by so we stocked up on goodies during our stay. We also loved taking the bus into Old San Juan and an Uber car ride was just a call away! We hope to return soon!

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

My wife, 2 teenagers, and I enjoyed staying at Cathy’s place. The balcony apartments at Aquatika are great! And the best part is that the apartment is very close to the pools and private beach. I would recommend staying.

What an awesome, eclectic apartment! Right in the middle of all the old San Juan has to offer. Cyrus went over and above in describing the place with videos, written instructions throughout the home and also a video on how to check in (you need to walk thru a small shop). Even with an unexpected 11:30pm arrival…we easily found the place, lockbox and our way into the apartment. While in the middle of bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, once in the room- we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. If you want to be in the middle of all that old San Juan has to offer…this is the place!!!

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

I stayed here for about a week. The airbnb was close to everything walking distance to most places . Very quiet and safe . I’ll definitely book again .

Yayra has taken care of all the details to make you feel comfortable. Freshly cleaned linens, fully equipped kitchen, clean, clean, clean. Even a welcome present 🎁! The location can’t be better, walk everywhere, and so much close by. We always felt safe even walking around late at night. The apartment and the building are very beautiful and unique. In summary, great place, beautiful, accessible, and with everything you will need.

A comfortable, clean, private and cozy place. Osvaldo was always attentive and made sure we had a good time. We're grateful for his attention and kindness. Thank you for being such a great host. Excellent Airbnb, centrally located near shops and restaurants and a quick drive to Old San Juan. The shared garden is lovely. Highly recommended!

Beautiful clean condo with a great view from the balcony and bedroom window. Bed was huge and comfy, as was the couch. Lots of useful beach amenities like sunscreen, aloe, chairs, lots of beach towels and cooler. Market across the street was just okay, would recommend walking a few minutes further to the Pueblo supermarket instead, but many other walkable shops and restaurants. Beach access was very nice and never too crowded to get a good spot to set up. Pool was refreshing as well. The complex itself was very safe secure and private.

This is the place you want to stay at!! Close to the beach as well as some restaurants and pharmacies. Walking distance for nightlife events as well. The views is what got me as well as the cleanliness of the place. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

The unit is in a fantastic neighborhood, a block from the beach and near many stores. Check-in with the security guard was easy, though we had brief trouble with the lock. The apartment is very clean, thoughtfully furnished and well-stocked with essentials like soaps, extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchenware. It has two A/C units, a fan/air purifier, a comfy bed and couch, great natural light, blackout curtains, and a balcony with an amazing view. The toilet handle is delicate but works fine. We saw one small roach behind the kitchen faucet toward the end of our stay, which Xavier acknowledged—routine maintenance is in place. Parking, pool access, and trash disposal were convenient. Overall, a great stay!

It was one of the best AB&Bs and the location could not have been better. The apartment was perfect with a stunning view. Very secure and everything within walking distance. The beach was one of the best beaches and safe for kids. I strongly recommend it, you will not be disappointed! Beatrice, Thank You for making this a smooth, stress free vacation. We had a great stay - location very walkable to restaurants. The beach is right there and is very spacious and beautiful - the water was awesome. They provide everything you will need for the beach, towels, cooler and chairs very convenient. They also provided plenty of paper products and toiletries so you really don’t need to worry about that. The location is good quick drive to San Juan and about an hour from Fajardo where we did excursions like snorkeling etc. Carmen was very proactive and communicated really well and quick to help with any questions or issues. Would recommend for a nice beach trip.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The check-in process was super easy and seamless, which made arriving stress-free. The place had everything I needed and more—beach chairs, towels, and all the little amenities that make a stay comfortable and convenient. The space was clean, well-stocked, and felt like a home away from home. Perfect for a beach getaway. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting PR!

Can't say enough about how great this place was! George was responsive the 1 time we had a question, and his guest book and guide was great for identifying local activities and foods! The condo was beautiful and well stocked with extras like beach towls and chairs! Just a short walk to casinos, restaurants, and shops! the condo is oceanfront, and the balcony had a beautiful view in the mornings! The condo association also had karaoke and light snacks on the property on Saturday evening.. so much fun! There were also beach cafe's, jet ski rental, and parasailing within a short walk down the beach. I'm ready to plan my trip for next year :-)

The location of the place is spectacular! It was close to restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The pool was huge and never crowded. The place had access to the beach. Our host provided us with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler which I thought was extremely thoughtful! Overall the place was nice and clean, a little small, but very cozy. The outside looks a little run down but, they are doing renovations. Overall, will recommend due to its location, access to a quiet pool and beach, and our host's communication style!
