A very cozy place with a beautiful view of the mountains. Elena was very helpful and replied to my messages very quickly :)

We had a long stay 6 weeks in feb/march 25. our dog was with us for half of the stay. The house is as described, we had quite unusually wet weather for half of our stay but the climate control in the house worked really well so we could be warm in the cool evenings. The house is very cute and spacious and the roof terrace was amazing on the sunny days. Pia told us about some of the lovely walking routes and we enjoyed many of them. There is an easy walk to Competa ( once you get to the top of the village- which is pretty steep) it is fairly flat with wonderful views of the mountains and the sea. I would recommend Maro beach, it has parking ( in winter) and a small beach bar, lovely clear water where you can hire a Kayak 22 euro for 1 hour where you can see a fab waterfall that is only visible from the sea. Adrian's bar in Competa, great for cocktails, very chic. Pia was very responsive as was Chris who lived close by for any issues. A real home from home feel. we had a great time.

Beautiful villa up in the hills. Our host Pepe was fantastic -meeting us at a pre-arranged location and driving with us directly to the house despite a very late (2am!) flight arrival. The gardens and land around the house are beautifully tended and Pepe took great pride showing us around and we benefitted with fresh grown beans, artichokes, spinach, oranges, lemons….and of course daily eggs from the chickens! It’s approx 15min drive to the nearest towns/supermarkets and 40min into Malaga, but if you want peace and quiet in the middle of stunning scenery then this villa is ideal.

we loved our stay. private and secluded just what we love away from all the noise. the villa was clean and had everything we needed, kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils we possibly could need and even more. would definitely recommend!! thank you!

10/10 location with a gorgeous 5star view. Near excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Not to mention only a 14 minute drive to the clear water beaches of nerja. This Airbnb will give you all of the above with beautiful views in every room of the house to the interior Spanish touch on the inside lovely would be an understatement. Thank you Jaqueline for being a tentative host as well.

A superb villa, very spacious and clean. Just a note that it is at the top of a small mountain but wow when you get to the top the views are truly spectacular. A great spot for exploring the area and Ubers are easy to get for trips into Malaga, would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful house which has been thoughtfully refurbished and decorated! The house had everything we needed and everything was very well thought out. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing escape while still being in good reach of Velez-Malaga and Malaga itself by car. Our hosts were always very helpful, with excellent communication throughout. They took extra care to make sure that we were okay and had everything we needed during the Spain blackout which was very kind! We would happily come back to stay again!!

Mateo and his parents were amazing hosts. they were super responsive, helped in anyway they could. The home was unbelievably stunning, up in the mountains with breathtaking views. the home itself was very new and super clean. It had all the utensils you would want in your own home, so cooking was a joy! One of the best Airbnb stays we've been to. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This is a great apartment in close proximity to many cafes, restaurants, bars, and main attractions. It is clean, spacious, bright and airy. Air conditioning keeps the entire apartment very cool. Lots of towels and beach towels there. Beds are very comfy. No noise at night. Juan left recommendations for many places which was very useful. He responds to questions very quickly and is very helpful and nice. The parking spot was very convenient as we rented a car for a night to go down to coast. We also rented electric bikes overnight which is a great way to get around and could lock them up safely in the garage. For our older teens going out at night it was perfect as it is only approximately a 10 minute walk to get home and it feels very safe. I would highly recommend this place.

Gary and Denise are great hosts. The appartment is clean, great and comes with a wonderful terrace. You can stay there with 4 people. Couples or singles who dont mind sharing a bedroom with two. Lots to do around town, nature and close, also by trein to Granada.

The Duck house was an amazing stay. Everything was perfect, our host Andrew was very friendly and a lovely person to talk to. He was always available to help us out if we had any questions and also always asked us if we needed anything. The pool is completely private and secluded and is not visible to anyone around. We felt very comfortable in the Duck house and felt right at home. The history behind the house was also very interesting to hear about from Andrew. He also gave us really good recommendations for gorgeous places around the area. Only thing to keep in mind is you have to be cautious while driving up to the apartment through the dirt road, but this was not really an issue for us. We will definitely be visiting again! We can only recommend this place :)

Fantastic cosy home. Very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is brilliant, very close to the beach and has lots of great bars and restaurants and a big local food market. It is easy to get to the Old Town using buses or metro or walking. Pedro is a great host. He was very quick to respond and was always helpful. This is the place to stay if you want to experience local Malaga life.

Everything was great, just as described. The apartment has everything you need and there was always a parking space in front of the door. ☺️

The apartment was just as it is in the photos, we communicated with Melanie who was very kind at all times, she recommended places within Torremolinos and they were very good experiences. She was very kind and the apartment has a spectacular view. If I return to Torremolinos, I would not hesitate to book with them again. The equipment is very complete and the apartment has the essentials, it also has umbrellas, chairs and beach towels. It is super equipped.

Very nice apartment with roof top terrace and great views of the sea. The host was very attentive and we even had an early check in which was a real bonus. Apartment was a bit out of the way but bus stop walkable and so easy to use to get to the marina. You need the 110 M which is 1 euro 60. Apartment was spotless, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all provided. Plenty of fresh towels and beach towels. The only negative is the fact that there’s building work going on so the roof terrace wasn’t that private unless you put the umbrella up. Overall though we had a great stay and it was very peaceful. Supermarket is at the bottom of the road so very convenient for shopping.

We had a very good stay at Casa Jacaranda this October. Helen was an extremely helpful and responsive host, full of local recommendations.

This is a true hidden gem, easily the house with the best view I’ve ever been. The hosts are friendly and responsive. They were also very flexible concerning the checkin and checkout time. Would surely recommend this place!

Beautiful place with privacy and the best views, from morning to sunset

This was by far the most beautiful place I’ve stayed at in Spain. Nestled in the Andalusian mountains, the house is truly something special. You can really tell that a lot of thought has gone into every detail from the interior to the ambient lighting. The town of Arenas is just two kilometers away, and one day we even walked there to explore surroundings. As one might expect in the mountains, the roads leading up are winding and steep, but we had a good car and had no trouble with the drive. The scenery alone makes the journey worthwhile. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty and tranquility of Andalusia in a truly exceptional villa.

We had such an amazing time at this place, it had everything you could need and the option to heat the pool was amazing as it meant we could take our 10 month old swimming even in May. Alex provided a cot, child gates, a high chair and the place was amazing with sea views wherever you look. The nearby caves in Nerja are well worth a visit if you want to venture out, but we spent most of our times enjoying the views and pool while our baby napped - perfect!

Our two-week stay in Andalusia was very pleasant, and our accommodation and José's care contributed significantly to this. José and Daniel's communication was excellent and very reliable from the beginning. He was always available and went out of his way to answer all our questions quickly and helpfully. You could tell that he cared about the well-being of his guests. The place was as described and provided a good starting point for our explorations in Andalusia. We really enjoyed our time there. José's dedication and efforts to make our stay as smooth as possible were truly commendable. We highly recommend this place and José as a host and would love to stay here again on another trip to Andalusia. Thank you, José!

Gorgeous villa set in peaceful surroundings. The pictures available on the site do not do the place justice! It's a big villa with little secluded areas for relaxing. We loved it. Super clean and the kitchen has everything and more required to cook any meal. We loved the stay and the local town of Competa has some great restaurants too. The pool and lounge area with terraced seating area was great.

Beautiful traditional villa, in very quiet/relaxing location. Very private, not overlooked - but a few houses nearby. However, Frigiliana, Nerja and Torrox are a short drive away for sightseeing, restaurants and beaches. The garden/pool gets the sun all day, and gorgeous sunsets to enjoy from the terrace. If you want an escape from all the noise that surrounds us - would highly recommend
