Beautiful apartment attached to the main house but very private , you have you own little patio area to sit outside that’s not overlooked by anyone . The apartment is immaculate and lots of nice little touches , lots of provisions provided including toilet pater , shower gel , washing up liquid etc. There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walk , we only ate at the one up the hill and the food was amazing and reasonably priced . Our 2 dogs loved the freedom of the secluded countryside and the geese that lived there were securely fenced off . You can hear the noise from the adjoining house but if you have quiet neighbours it’s not a problem .

We felt very comfortable with Gudrun and Daniel. The house are beautiful. The highlight was in the morning when you wake up the view of the mountains/valley and at night the starry sky. Simply fantastic!! Our dog Ellie also felt very comfortable. You have beautiful hiking trails right outside the door. Thank you so much for the wonderful time.

We liked the house and its location very much. It is located by a stream, the sound of which did not disturb us. We did a lot of hiking from the house, and we usually didn't meet anyone, it's that lonely there. Only on the weekend was there a little more going on. The kitchen is well equipped and on arrival we stocked up on plenty of food so as not to have to move our car for as long as possible. Everything necessary for baking and cooking is available. After the hikes, we always used the sauna after we fired up the stove with the existing firewood and brought the sauna to temperature. If you want to be available 24/7, you may need to find another location. The network and thus also the WiFi were not always available. We didn't mind.

We had a really nice time. The apartment has everything as it says in the description. It's extremely clean. Unfortunately with the hosts, due to their illness, we did not meet the host, but they were responsive throughout our stay and available to answer any questions via email. Extremely positive experience. Thank you and your daughter who welcomed us on the first day.

Giuliana and Davide's apartment is absolutely charming. The bed is very comfortable and the terrace and balcony invite you to linger. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime

Nothing to add. 10/10 Arriving to the location: there was a tricky turn, but Lorena organized someone to meet us on the road and show us the way. 10/10 Suroundings: small town, with limited places to eat out. Great views, terrace, swings, waterfall near by. Everything was as we espected or better :)

Even though we were only there for two nights, we liked it very much. Everything super well equipped and good quality. Fantastic view of Lake Garda.

The view is stunning. The location very convenient to explorer the wonders of the Lago di Garda. The appartement has everything needed to spend a perfect stay in the wonderful region. Cristina and her mother are very friendly and welcoming.

Convenient location for east Dolomites. Nice large clean place. Had a good stay here. Recommend visiting Merano

We spent four nights there with our two children and were able to switch off from everyday stress. The house is very well maintained, the garden beautiful – perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal: Lake Garda can be reached in just 20 minutes, and Lake Ledro is even just 5 minutes away. The bread roll delivery service was super convenient and absolutely fair in price! The pool was also great and we enjoyed using it. A small suggestion for improvement would be new sand for the sandbox – that would complete the offer for children. The beds could easily be pushed together to form a large family bed. We could have used the sauna area, but unfortunately the children are not allowed to go directly into the sauna, which we thought was a shame. A huge thank you to Gemma – she was always available, incredibly warm, helpful and committed. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

Both the accommodation and the pool (area) were very clean and well maintained. The view was indescribably beautiful and the hostess very nice and friendly and always available. Due to the location, the surroundings were very quiet and all in all, the accommodation was very relaxing. It was really very nice and we will be happy to come back!

We spent a week there with our dog and it was a dream! The complex is very clean and really very well maintained. We felt completely comfortable, the view is a dream. Most activities require a car, but that was not a problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at Brigitte's apartment for seven nights and it was one of the best apartments we had rented in the last 25 years. It just fit everything, the description, the location ( in a castle), it had everything you need. Brigitte was on site when needed, gave helpful tips and was very nice. A nice addition is the guest card, with which you can use buses, trains and cable cars for free, so we left our car and were only on foot and with the bikes. The pool was still in operation despite low temperatures and we were able to do our morning laps. Lana is a great resort with many hiking opportunities and easy access to Bolzano and Merano. Maybe not our last stay with Brigitte. Ute andWolfgang

great place and wonderful house in the olive grove with magnificent view of Lake Garda. As an architect who attaches great importance to good design, I was very happy with the entire design of the house and its quality. Thank you very much for this Jürgen and Christina from Berlin

The place is amazing, Anna's father was super helpful at our reception and even told us a little about the history of the place, which was a castle in the past.

Absolutely spectacular in every way! Francesca is a wonderful host and gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit and even made us a dinner reservation at one of her favorite places in Bolzano called Bogen. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping. ‘Scent of Pines’ is definitely at the top of list of our best stays ever. We will definitely return one day. Valeria, Nadia, and their mother are truly exceptional hosts.🩷 From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The large bed and high-quality mattress were especially comfortable, giving us deep, restful sleep each night. We also loved the antique furniture placed thoughtfully throughout the home — each piece added so much character and told its own story. The garden was beautifully maintained, and the view from the windows was simply breathtaking. Behind the house, we were surrounded by majestic mountains; in front, endless apple orchards and green meadows stretched out before us. It was the kind of scenery that makes you pause and just breathe it all in. On the day we checked out, they even treated us to homemade cake and cappuccino, which was such a warm and memorable gesture. Thanks to their kindness and care, we made unforgettable memories during our stay. I sincere hope to return one day.😊

Nice place with great care by the host family, who lives in the same house. We received fresh cakes and eggs several times and felt completely comfortable. 🙂 The location is very quiet, but there are many excursion options and the days have passed far too quickly

This is so good! Fantastic view and surroundings. The stay was fantastic, very beautiful build up and design, clean with fabulous view. Neighbourhood was quite quiet, shops and market close early, nearby town (15mins drive) have later restaurants. Host is helpful too, such a great place to stay in!

Emanuela was very nice and helpfull from the first conversation. Drove to meet us, and even brought us cherries on the second. The place is very private and peacfull.

Very beautiful place. Albano and his wife greeted us when we arrived and both were very lovely and sweet. It felt very homely. The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The surroundings are calm and soothing. Definitely recommended!
