Vacation rentals with breakfast in Colorado River

It was a great place to stay for our family vacation. Had everything we can ask. Host were very communicative with our needs. Will definitely be staying again.

This is my second stay in this beautiful home. The first time was in the Fall with girlfriends. This time was late April with our entire family. Six adults and two teens. It was just perfect. There is so much to do, pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, pool table and movie room.

This clean house suited what we need perfectly especially for location. The host communicated with us perfectly and were very friendly.

We had an excellent time. We chose this location to be close to my wife’s medical appointments. The amenities were what we were looking for especially with the number of bedrooms and a great pool. Several of our adult children joined us for the time that we were in Phoenix. We explored the area, had plenty to eat, and spent quite a lot of time in the pool as it was quite warm each day. We loved your home and we will plan on coming back.

This was the best and first Airbnb I’ve ever been to and let me tell you it was wonderful it had everything I needed other then a mop or broom but Ross made sure if I had a problem or questions he was very proactive with responding quickly. I really don’t have any complaints it’s in a quick neighborhood and around a lot of stores and restaurants. I will definitely visit again. Thank you Ross for your home and letting my family and I stay for my daughter senior graduation. It was just perfect.

Highly recommend! It was the perfect home to relax and recover from a 4 day backpack adventure. As described it is a ways from downtown Sedona but still walking distance to some great restaurants and amenities. It is the perfect place for those looking for a beautiful view, a comfortable, rejuvenating home in a quiet neighbourhood and close access to hiking and biking trails. We hope to be back!

We spent a week at this beautiful house during our daughter’s graduation week from ASU. It was super easy to get to her apartment in downtown Phoenix to unpack, and even easier to get over to Tempe where the ceremonies took place. There are plenty of coffee, shops and restaurants within walking distance that we took advantage of. The pool was a great respite from our busy days. Giorgio was super responsive and so friendly! Thank you!!

The view was jaw dropping so gorgeous. The house was incredible and we felt right at home.

Maya was very accommodating last minute I appreciate her letting us do 1 night as some host do require 2 . Love the fact that there’s security there on site .

We stayed for a long weekend and had the BEST time. The place was cozy, had all the amenities you would need to feel like you're home away from home, AND the views were spectacular. The location was convenient to anything you would want to see or do if not walkable too. We would be happy to stay again even for just the delicious breakfast available every morning by request.

Natalie's place was sparkling clean and everything was brand new - with a well-stocked kitchen, nice layout, super comfortable bed, and a large modern walk-in shower with great water pressure. We were in town for a wedding and were close to the venue and were very comfortable with our infant. The laundry and streaming TV were a plus. Highly recommend!

The place is very clean and Calhoun is available any time you have questions. Would definitely stay again!

OMG!! What a hidden gem. I would recommend this stay for anyone who is looking to have the Vegas experience without staying directly on the strip. It’s conveniently close to absolutely every Vegas has to offer. Literally minutes to the strip. Palms was a stone throw away. Also had parking for our rental car! Sasha rocks. She was super responsive and had every amenity under the sun! Even our favorite toothpaste! Saying this place is clean is an understatement it was impeccable! Sasha went above and beyond with all of our questions. She had passes for red rock canyon which we unfortunately couldn’t get to see but we will next time! It was 43 mins from the Hoover dam and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon! We were able to see both! I love this place it felt like a home away from home. We WILL be staying there again!! Thanks Sasha you will be hearing from us sooner than later!

Accurate description in the listing. Super easy check-in process. Very convenient location. Would recommend a small car (if renting) as it can require some maneuvering to get into the parking spot. Would stay here again!

This place was so amazing convenient to the Las Vegas strip and close to the middle of the Las Vegas strip, which make walking around so much easier, and was super clean, kitchen is fully equipped. we would stay again if it is available.

Great spot if you need something long ish term. Stayed for a month waiting to close on my house and it fit my needs perfectly.

We loved staying at Wendy’s place. The setting was so stunning both during the day and at night. Multiple places to sit outside plus an upstairs balcony. Wendy made us feel right at home welcoming us like old friends. We could only stay 1 night; we wished we could have stayed longer!

Our large family (4 adults, 7 young kids) fit perfectly in this home. It was the perfect place to chill and relax after busy days full of vacation fun. We really enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and relaxing on the back patio. The kids made full use of the air hockey, outdoor playset, and movie theater room. The house was near a large shopping center and grocery stores which made meal planning a breeze. The host was very responsive when we had a minor problem opening the door upon check-in. If you’ve got a large family and need a solid base for your Phoenix/Gilbert vacation this would be a good choice.

I spent a few days with Beth and had a smooth and relaxing stay! My room and the shared bathroom were really clean and well prepared. There were a few fruit flies and gnats but it’s expected with the summer weather. As a female solo traveler I appreciate the effort that goes in to creating a safe and welcoming environment in another person’s home. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I travel to Phoenix!

We arrived very late after our dinner. When we entered the house, it was totally out of our expectation. The whole house is awesome, well decorated showing the good taste of the owner. The next morning, we spent couple of hours to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and beautiful house. It's clean. Everything is where it should be and well organized. We even enjoyed the massage bed...haha. We feel it worth every penny we spent for the night. Highly recommended.

Beautiful setting and very well appointed and staged with all the comforts of home. The instructions for access were so clear and easy to understand — by far the most detailed I’ve experienced. Thank you for the tranquil respite.

The accommodation was fantastic. Clean, calming and near to many Trailhead in Sedona. We enjoyed the cathedral rock amazing views and beautiful surroundings. Thanks for hosting us!

Debbie and her home were absolutely wonderful. We came in on a red eye flight, and she not only tracked our flight and checked in on us after a delay, but allowed us to check in early for a nap without charging extra, and left us out breakfast in case we hadn’t eaten. She was incredibly thoughtful, and her home was full of generous touches that most AirBnbs don’t even think of. Plus check out was a breeze, and she was just a ton of fun to talk to. Peaceful, right next to Tucson Mountain Park. Gorgeous room and house. We’ll be back!!
