The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. From here you can easily reach by car or public transport all best spots on Como lake. Ideal starting point for road or mountain bike tours.

LaDimora werd gebouwd in 1850 aan de Strada Regia. Dit is een Romeins (ezels)pad dat Como met Bellagio verbindt. Bij de renovatie van dit sfeervolle boerenhuis werden alle denkbare moderne voorzieningen gecombineerd met de mooie oude sfeer elementen. LaDimora ligt op wandel afstand van het strand, de bushalte, verschillende restaurants, een bar, kano- en (speed)bootverhuur en een supermarkt waar je dagelijks vers brood kunt kopen en ook pizza kunt bestellen (één dag van te voren bestellen).

La casa, arredata nei minimi dettagli, offre comfort per chi cerca relax o necessita di lavorare in smart working grazie a TV (con Netflix), INTERNET WI-FI e scrivania con PC. Le attrazioni turistiche, le spiagge e gli imbarcaderi per raggiungere Bellagio e Varenna si trovano nel raggio da 1 a 5km.

FURNISHED STUDIO IN FRONT OF THE LAKE

La mia casa si trova direttamente sul lago , a pochi passi (10 metri)dalla fermata autobus; inoltre dalla casa inizia la passeggiata a lago che arriva alla vicina spiaggia pubblica, dove ci si può rilassare e fare i bagni. La passeggiata prosegue e costeggia tutto il paese. Dalla mia abitazione parte la Greenway, un percorso pedonale semplice da fare, da cui raggiungere i vari borghi della Tremezzina. Parcheggio riservato gratuito all'aperto (10 metri dalla mia casa).

Le Tre Perle - Baita a Schignano

Vi proponiamo una meravigliosa baita in legno e pietra di 70 mq disposta su due livelli con un'atmosfera calda e confortevole e allo stesso tempo moderna e tecnologica , raggiungibile da una ripida stradina di 50 mt in discesa e percorribile solo a piedi . La Baita Le Tre Perle si trova a Schignano , in localita' Santa Maria , e'circondata da boschi di castagno e gode di una vista strepitosa sul lago di Como , dal quale dista meno di 15 minuti in auto.
