We loved staying at this old house on the mountain. The interior was charming and tasteful, with all the amenities and supplies we needed. Karen gave clear instructions on check in and was responsive. Only issue we had was with the old door and lock, you need some practice to use it but Karen and her husband helped us out. Also it is right across a beautiful church. During a few days there were some events happening in the church square so it was loud, but other than that we had no problem. Remember to bring eye masks for sleeping!

Had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Omama Wasi. It is a wonderful house and compound inside a very safe neighborhood. Maria was very communicative and easy to chat with. She was always available when I needed help and treats her guests with respect and privacy. Internet was incredibly fast, kitchen fully stocked with cutlery and necessary dishes. The place was very easy to live at for the months that I did and would highly, highly recommend staying with Maria. Thank you!

We are so SAD TO LEAVE and cannot wait to come back again to Carlos's FANTASTIC place. We stayed with our two toddlers for several months while in Quito area for school year, and we were welcomed like family by Carlos, his own family, and his amazing staff. The house is absolutely idyllic, with traditional white plaster and exposed wooden beams, lofted ceilings, and all the amenities one needs in kitchen (plus laundry in house!). Plenty of space for our family to spread out, and the massive patio and yard - really, a gorgeous garden of flowering and fruiting trees, palms, lovingly tended - gave us even more room to play. It feels like the world's most exclusive resort! Carlos was immediately responsive to any question we might have, and was extremely helpful offering advice for the surrounding area as well. Cumbayá (neighborhood) is precious, and Carlos's house is in the heart - we walked to the fruit market, the bakery, playground, reservoir park, plaza. We miss living there already!

The apartment is my favorite place to stay in Central and South America. The kitchen has every thing you will ever need. The bed is very comfortable. There is a great workspace with excellent WIFI. The apartment is located in a nice area with a great host.

Muy buen lugar, tal vez mis única quejas serían que el toallero del baño estaba muy flojo y se salía con nada más mover o acomodar una toalla sobre el y que dentro de la ducha como tal no hay un espacio para colocar el shampoo, jabón, acondicionador, etc ya que tuve que colocarlos en el suelo. Fuera de esas dos cosas muy puntales la experiencia fue muy buena, el check in y el check out fueron super flexibles y fáciles de hacer y la zona es muy segura, no tuve la oportunidad de salir a caminar porque me quedé por poco tiempo pero estoy seguro de que es posible llegar a varios lugares turísticos del centro de la ciudad a pie desde el edificio sin ningún problema.

Tuve una experiencia excepcional en este Airbnb. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de los principales puntos de interés de Quito. Michael fue un anfitrión de primera: siempre atento y rápido para responder mis consultas con mucha amabilidad. Definitivamente volveré a hospedarme aquí. Lo recomiendo al 100%. El departamento es excelente, con una vista maravillosa y completamente equipado.

Edwin's place was amazing! Exceeded my expectations! Exactly like the photos, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, very nicely decorated. Beside the apartment which was accessible safe and quiet Edwin was the best host ever! always proactive and responding immediately. Highly recommended! I will i am able to visit Quito again and stay at Erwins place

We had such a great stay! They were very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. It was a queen bed with a single bed that you can pull out from under. The space is a little small, but it worked well for 2 people. The building was very nice and the view from the room was beautiful. It is easily walkable to nearby restaurants and near the metro and bus station or a short Uber ride to most places in Quito.

Fabiola tiene su apartamento ubicado muy cerca de el hospital donde mi tío se operó, su amabilidad es excelente, todo muy bien y recomendable para quienes gusten visitar la ciudad. Excelente vista panorámica. Highly recommended Fabi it’s an amazing host, her place is clean and close to everything.
