The location was nice, the surrounding environment was nice, the accommodation was clean and great, and especially the terrace and scenery were so nice.

Great accommodation in the heart of Aix les Bains, right in front of the casino with magnificent views of the mountains. I would 100% recommend this place. The only downside is the garage offered (which still deserves to be there) very complicated maneuvers to get in and out, old-fashioned garage with a wall right in front, strongly discouraged for SUV-type vehicles, for info I parked a Touran there after a few unsuccessful attempts.

The directions were very clear and Jerome was very responsive to each of my questions. The accommodation is very nice and the terrace is very spacious. The railway line passes right next door but this has no impact because very few or no trains pass. We had a lovely stay in a healthy apartment.

beautiful apartment and a lovely view of the mountains from the house !! my son especially loved the bunk bed area and had a great time being in his space there ! very walkable to nearest bus stops and was extremely easy for us to get to chamonix center as well. Hervé and Laetetia were very responsive and helpful. our family had a lovely time and were very comfortable 😀

We loved our stay in Aline and Laurent's apartment. We are a family of four with two children under the age of 10. The apartment is located right in the centre of 1950 so walking distance to all the amenities including the lift that takes you to 2000 (where most of the ski schools are located). Everything worked really well for us, including the car park in the basement, the ski hire shop below the apartment, ski in and ski out to the locker room. Walking distance to pick up our ski passes and as mentioned dropping our kids at ski school. It was all very easy! The apartment is well furnished and has everything that you need for the week. The children loved their bunk beds too :) Aline and Laurent gave us some great tips including discounts for the ski rental, which was really appreciated. They were very responsive throughout. A great find and we hope to be back next year!

Katelyne is very considerate and well organized. The arrival was very good, easy to find accommodation, warm welcome and small tips for the stay (hikes, restaurants, activities...). The apartment is really impeccable and well-equipped, you have everything you need, the bedding is comfortable, very well-equipped kitchens and pleasant bathroom. I particularly appreciated: - responsiveness and availability - the quiet and well-located setting with respect to activities The little detail that makes the difference: the small soap produced in the small village next door made available in the bathroom

Sandrine was super kind and super responsive! The apartment is great! For 2, very well equipped! Not in the village center, but super easy to access on foot (10 min)... Well, we're at Montage, and it was off-season, so the 10 min are part of the game, and the activities in the village at this time are quite limited! And considering the apartment's location, it was great! Waking up with the cowbells, a pure holiday moment! Great stay, I'll be back!! And thank you again Sandrine for making my stay possible, despite the last-minute booking!!

Juliette is a very friendly and responsive host. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and well-equipped for two people. The terrace is a real plus to enjoy the sun. The slopes are a little far on foot with all the ski equipment but the free shuttle system is impeccable The ski area is quite good. I recommend this place without hesitation.

A very well designed apartment. Very functional. Close to Menthon Saint Bernard beach... short walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

I spent 8 wonderful days on vacation in this accommodation with my husband and our little dog, and the experience was really excellent. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our excursions and walks much easier. In addition, the views from the accommodation are simply magnificent, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, conveniently located place with stunning views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

The accommodation is functional and ideally located in the resort for beautiful walks in the surroundings. Our host was lovely and very responsive in her contact with us. We had a nice stay at La Rosière 🙂

Beautiful accommodation 10 minutes from the beaches, quiet place and easy to park, matches the photo. I would highly recommend this place Just be careful! When you copy the address on Waze, it takes you to 31 Georges and not 31 Georges 1er. But we had an amazing 3 days in Aix les Bains 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

Impeccable apartment, super comfortable beds. It had everything we needed for an extended family weekend. We just couldn't enjoy the pool, first because it rained a lot on the first day and then because it was always closed. Marie is super flexible and helpful. We loved it

It was a lovely chalet with beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The accomodation was beautiful and well equipped with all the things needed for the families on a holiday! Beautifully decorated! The swimming pool and hot tub were very useful and family friendly. There was also a kids play area in the campus! Would love to visit again

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance or you don't give it importance but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb but a perfectly liberal vision… Just the impression of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I'm sending a final text to inform you of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services… nothing to complain about, the value for money is very good, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...

A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!
