Comfy private studio 8 min to downtown CDA!

Large private suite close to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Light, spacious, quiet and very private and only a short scenic drive away from downtown. Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.

CUTE COTTAGE DOWNTOWN CDA

Dan was able to get us in same day after being cancelled by another host 4 hours prior to our check in. The place was clean and ready for us when we got there, even had some drinks in the fridge! He gave lots of recommendations for food and drinks, all were wonderful. We were able to walk everywhere, while still being somewhat outside of downtown. The bathroom was definitely small, if you’re taller than 6’4” ish or heavier set you might not fit. Otherwise it was perfect!

We had a lovely time at Samantha’s home! The home was beautiful, both the inside and outside spaces. It seemed like she had thought about everything, especially with that amazing coffee station! We loved staying here and can’t wait to be back. Very walkable to downtown. Enjoyed walking to dinner and coffee the next morning with our pup! Thank you, we will be back!!

My little family and I had the best stay! She was so prompt with communication, whenever I messaged her, and the house was beautiful and immaculate. She had the sweetest little welcome sign on the porch and a great little “goodie basket” in the kitchen, along with a bottle of wine! We felt right at home. We will definitely be “bookmarking” her home again for any and all of our future stays. Thank you so much, Lori!! :)

Only two negatives… Back yard was hot without grass. And Could have done without the ‘don’t tread on me’ artwork. But overall 9.5 out of 10 for the weekend.

Aaron was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive. The space is so cozy and homey it felt like I was visiting family and not at a sterile hotel. Aaron also provides everything you can think of. Extra blankets, dishes, silverware, cups, shampoo, q-tips, some water bottles, etc. He's thought of everything. He was very communicative and was quick to respond as well as check-in to make sure I was doing well and have everything I needed. Overall, staying her was a great experience. Highly recommend.

A must stay!!! They did such a wonderful job immersing you into the Harry Potter theme. So fun, thought out and clean. We loved the big table for board games and felt right at home watching Netflix on the comfy couches. The hot tub was great too. Would recommend to everyone!
