Amazing condo! Would 100% book again! Beautiful view and everything is within walking distance! Host was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had! Definitely recommend staying here if you want to stay in downtown Miami!

We had an amazing experience staying at Vanessa’s place. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was perfect for our group — my wife, our son, my brother, and his wife. The location was great, and we felt right at home.

This place is great ! It is inside the Four seasons hotel . The service in the hotel is great and views inside the apartment are fantastic ! Highly recommend!

Cory’s place was great. Came with all the possible amenities you can ask for and went above and beyond to make sure we were well situated and accommodated for. Cory was very flexible with me and was always very responsive. Overall, Cory is the man and I cant wait to book more trips with his properties. Thanks again for everything!

The place is EXACTLY like the photos, literally gorgeous!! I swear it’s like a photo from a magazine! It was very clean and location wise was perfect, walking distance from just about everything i love how convenient it was. The neighborhood was so quiet and the locals were very welcoming :) Communication was great although i didn’t have many questions since check in was so easy. I would definitely book again for my next solo trip to miami and would recommend this places for my friends!!

I will definitely be back! This was the smoothest air bnb process i’ve ever experienced. The host was extremely responsive even though I checked in pretty late which was super appreciated. P.S. The views are incredible! I can’t wait to return for longer next time.

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Miami for a vacation. Gabriela is a wonderful host. Her place is beautiful and very clean. It was not far from downtown. Plus Coconut Grove is where I was born and raised. I felt at home.

Arya is our go to place to stay in Coconut Grove. However the rooms are different so it’s hit or miss… This was a hit! comfortable, roomy, kitchenette was convenient.

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again

Great, luxurious stay with an amazing view and a wonderful host! I’m very thankful for their flexibility and willingness to check me in at 3am, while other hosts could not accommodate. Little things like this make an otherwise stressful situation, a lot easier to navigate :) I’ll definitely be staying here again!

We loved our stay! The place was beautiful, located in a gorgeous and very safe neighborhood. The pools were amazing and we felt completely comfortable and at home. The apartment had everything we needed and my family and I truly enjoyed every moment. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Miami. Great stay in downtown Miami! The location is super convenient, the apartment was very clean, and communication with Alberto was smooth throughout. The shared spaces were well-maintained and made for a comfortable experience. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to add some cozier lighting in the living room to make it feel even more inviting. Would definitely stay again!

Nice beach location with beautiful views from the condo patio. Beach at your footsteps. Super easy to get to. You can rent chairs and umbrella or use chairs and umbrella in condo. Walkable restaurants or a short uber away. Igor is easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

I had the best experience ever at Villas! The apartment was extremely lovely, super clean, spacious, had everything we needed it for our stay! I am planning another vacations just to come back to that amazing place! Words cant describe enough how great was my experience!
