Setting prices and availability
Because I am a realtor and do this as a job all the time, I usually have a good pulse on pricing.
Booking request management
Currently I use Resnexus for all my bookings. I think it's worth the money
Guest messaging
I am usually available and can answer guests back pretty quickly. I always have my phone on me unless I'm in yoga or sleeping
Onsite guest support
I'm a good resource to guests if there are issues, and if the property is close to my home in Denver, I can help w/ check-in
Cleaning and maintenance
A reliable can be hard to come by sometimes. I have used the Turno app to find a cleaner for my remote cabin listing.
Listing photography
Professional photos are always the best, but I used my iphone for my Denver listing. Sometimes you need to save money!
Interior design and styling
I do this as a realtor all the time to get listings ready. Happy to help with ideas and how to spruce up a listing
Licensing and hosting permits
I know how to navigate acquiring short term rental licenses and know most of the laws in Colorado, Colorado counties
