Listing setup

We can fill out your listing from top to bottom! Every single inch will be filled out in great detail.

Setting prices and availability

Prices are set using PriceLabs dynamic pricing and various other tools to maximize your profit.

Booking request management

We answer any and all questions, inquiries, and confirmed bookings. We make sure to vet all guests prior to confirming.

Guest messaging

We handle this 100%. You do not answer the guests. We will manage all guest communication.

Onsite guest support

We treat all rentals as if they were our own home. We stop by when needed. We live, and have many rentals in St. Augustine.

Cleaning and maintenance

We have our own cleaning team. We handle every aspect of the cleanings and scheduling. They are a 5-star crew!

Listing photography

If you have professional photos, we can use them. If not, we have a photographer who specializes in short term rentals.

Interior design and styling

We provide a detailed property assessment. Once we team up, we’ll make sure your space is set up for five-star success!

Additional services

We can co-host and do your listing for free, or we charge $100 to analyze and fix your listing. We guarantee more bookings!

Licensing and hosting permits

Owners must handle all state/local licensing. As co-hosts (not a management company), we’ll gladly guide you through it!
