Lamine

I stayed for two nights at David's place and I totally recommend it. The place was clean, quiet and well equipped. David and Lamine were very responsive, gave me clear instructions and were always available for any questions. Flexible self check-in was great. The location is not very close to the main Parisian attractions but not far as well since it is close to a metro station. There is a bus station (quai de seine) close to the building where a bus can be caught that can drop you off at the metro station in 2 mins. Then the metro can take you anywhere. An advantage of being a bit outside the attractions area in Paris is that the location is very calm and price is fair. I will book again if I go back to Paris. Thanks David and Lamine!

We spent 3 nights and everything went well. The apartment was cozy and suited us perfectly to go to the Stade de France.

Elisa and Lamine are very friendly hosts and were also very quickly accessible. The apartment is cozy, has an excellent location, is quietly located and is very easily accessible by metro, but the apartment is also so crowded with many little things, so there are hardly any storage and hanging options for the clothes of the guests. A coffee maker was not mentioned in the description, but would have been nice at a price > €160/night. For a short 3 day stay, the apartment is top and sufficient, for a longer stay rather not, as there is not enough space. Overall, however, recommended.

Our 4 day and 3 night stay with 4 friends was fantastic! The apartment is exactly like the pictures on the website and very clean, cozy and cozy and fully furnished. Lamia was very helpful and very friendly with humor and responded within a few minutes. The location is very well located. The bus stops in front of the front door and the various subways are a short walk away. There is a good bakery opposite the complex and several supermarkets on the same street. In short, highly recommended and would definitely book this apartment again on a next visit.

We had a great time and Katrina and Michele's availability was a great help to make the stay even more pleasant. The apartment is very comfortable. We appreciated the style, cleanliness, coffee, and tranquility. The metro is very close and in a few minutes you can reach the main sites. There are all the shops and restaurants you may need nearby. If we pass through Paris again, we will gladly return!

Really nice view and - measured by Parisian standarts - a lot of space in the appartment. The arrival was easy, and you find everything you need in the kitchen. The district is one of the most interesting ones in Paris in my view: every day, you can choose to eat in a different culture, including the Parisian one. I would come back!

I've been to a lot of Airbnbs, and this one is one of my favorites! Already, for an apartment in Paris, it is rather large and bright. With a lot of attention to detail, with a special mention for the bathroom which is amazing. Then, it is very quiet, the fact that it overlooks an inner courtyard rather than the street helps I imagine. And especially great location: on the quays near the Eiffel Tower, so nice. And then the buses to the best places in Paris (Opéra, Champs Élysées, Louvre...) are literally at the door of the building, the metro is also right next door, and the Beau Grenelle shopping center is a stone's throw away with its many shops, and good trendy restaurants too etc… I would highly recommend it.
