The apartment is very well located in a nice residence with a terrace not overlooked, close to everything, between Capbreton and Hossegor which allows you to enjoy both villages. It is very well-equipped, impeccable and very well decorated. Parking is a plus. Ugo is very kind, very flexible and gives excellent recommendations. I would definitely stay again.

Wishlist guaranteed! We had a great time! Ugo welcomed us very warmly and remained available throughout our stay, which is very appreciated! The house is very nice, perfectly equipped, and ideally located a short walk to the beach. A real favorite, we'll be happy to come back!

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The house had everything we needed, including a safe place to park, an enclosed garden for our dog, good wifi, a short walk to the beach and restaurants close by. The property was very clean and well maintained. Ugo was very fast to respond to our messages and questions, it was a pleasure to meet him. My only comment would be that the property is advertised as sleeping for 6, which is possible, but the bedroom would be a little tight for 4 (it’s ideal for 2) and the other 2 beds are a sofa bed in the lounge. However for us, it was very good. Thank-you.
