if you want a home away from home this place was great for me and my grandkids very clean thank you.

We loved staying at Yadira’s. The pictures accurately depict the home and the backyard is truly beautiful. The pool was an amazing treat after a long day. The yard and home were very well kept and I would definitely stay again. I am happy we stayed here versus a hotel, definitely felt like home!

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Sehr neues, sauberes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Die Gegend ist noch sehr neu und ruhig. Sollten wir wieder einmal in die Gegend kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.

Great place to stay! Love that it’s gated and quiet, spacious and great kitchen for cooking. Definitely found my stay for when I’m in Fresno.

Stay for three days with the whole family, a one and a half year-old and new born included. Enjoyed from some pool time, and even though the one and a half year-old was too scared to jump in. She had a nice shady spot under the palms nearby to play in her pack and play and see it was not so scary after all. Nice warm glow through the windows in the morning made us feel pretty peaceful even though we were in town for semi stressful drs appointments at the nearby children’s hospital. Best part was they requested us not to do anything upon checkout, which felt nice to not stress about stripping beds or taking out trash on our mini vacation. Would definitely go back for another stay.

From the start, Jennifer was very quick to respond and very friendly. If there was something we needed, she responded very quickly. One example was the pool, when we got there we noticed the pool vacuum was not in the pool and it was a little dirty. I let Jennifer know about this and she had her pool guy come the following morning (which worked perfectly for us because we were busy the first day anyways). The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 5. The kitchen had all the kitchen ware we needed to make meals. The backyard had a lot of seating and the pool was amazing in the hot sun (a lot of the pool floaties seemed to have holes and were roughed up a bit, but we did use two non inflatable ones that were honestly super awesome). The home was very clean and organized and there lots of towels and extra blankets. This house was conveniently located for us; in either direction we could reach where we wanted in 10 minutes or less. I would recommend working with Jennifer.

Second year here for the CIF State Track and Field Championships. Just as lively and relaxing as it was last year. Will definitely be back.

Not only would I recommend this place but I would live here. It’s stunning & so peaceful. I felt it was even better than the photos! Albert was so kind & communicated great. Definitely recommend & will 100% stay here in the future.

This place is a convenient place to stay before catching an early flight the next day. We appreciate the kitchen with the basics so that we can get some food to prepare instead of ordering out.

We had a great stay at our apartment. We were in town for a kickball game so we really didn't need too much, so this worked perfectly. It's a very clean space. To help people understand - there are multiple listings in a big apartment building that share the game room. Everything has it's own private entrance within the building. Our space had a tiny bedroom but a huge living room and kitchen. We didn't have access to the game room, but I'm sure if we would've asked we would have been provided a code. Kitchen is not well-equipped so bring what you need if you plan on doing a lot in it. We plan to stay again!

This home is lovely, updated, and well kept. Owner promptly responds and keeps the guest in mind for all of our needs. The location near the FSU campus is perfect! The only concern is that there was only street parking available. Everything else was a 10!

This cozy home, built in the 1920s, was the perfect base for our Yosemite trip. The amenities were simple but had everything we needed – nothing fancy, just the basics. It was exactly as pictured, and the location was ideal, with great restaurants nearby and the park just a short drive away. Our dog loved it too – very pet-friendly. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a laid-back, no-frills stay!

Great place. Very safe--locked gate with a combination. Veronika was very proactive and helpful. She notes in the description that there's a train nearby. We only heard it once, during the day, barely noticed it, and it was just the sound of the wheels, not a horn.

Nice 2 bedroom located very near my work site inside gated community so it felt safe.

Steve’s place was outstanding. We had a wonderful stay and I really hope it’s available next time we’re in Fresno. Steve had the place very well stocked, and it felt like home. The extra attention to details to welcome us was very appreciated. The added security of being in a gated complex was also reassuring. Communication was top notch. I give Steve my highest recommendation!!

Todd’s place was awesome and perfect for what we needed! Stayed here for a night before heading to Yosemite! Todd was extremely helpful and responsive. You won’t be disappointed!! Thank you

This is our second time staying here and we love it. The place is spacious, comfy and clean. It’s right across the street from Save Mart Center and just a rocks throw away from some of the best tri-tip in the valley at Dog House Grill. The restaurant downstairs - Don Pepe’s - is also fantastic and convenient. We look forward to returning soon. If you’re staying in Fresno for a few days and need an excellent base of operations I’d suggest you book this place while you can.

The apartment met my expectations very well—clean, comfortable, and spacious, just as shown in the photos. The condominium had restricted access and was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended
