I stay in a lot of airbnbs every year and I’d have to rank this as one of the best. Everything is clean, modern, and updated. Furniture is high quality. The beds are amazing. The neighborhood is also quiet and peaceful. I wish I lived at this Airbnb, my entire crew and myself loved it.

Great place to stay . Very roomy lots of couches outside space was great. Comfortable beds the kitchen was great. They had everything you’d need. Totally recommend this place.

Great location...close to food, shopping and the RecPlex. Townhouse was immaculate and exactly like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.

We came to town for the Redbull soapbox derby and it was a nice quiet convenient place to come back to and relax. The pool, yard games and hot tub were nice for the young adults with us.

Thank you for the great set up in your home for a fun filled family long weekend while we celebrated our son’s graduation. The home had a very large open floor plan which made for a great set up for our large family. They loved the huge sun porch with table and chairs, large backyard, hot tub, pool and we had a fire every night at the fire pit with s’mores. The home is clean and maintained well and it was easy to communicate with Hannah. Thanks so much for the great Airbnb!

Beautiful and comfortable home! This house is a delight with lots of charming details and amenities. The house offers plenty of square footage with multi-use rooms and spaces throughout. The pool was beautiful, clean, and so much fun. We were in town to visit our son for his college graduation from Drake University. This home made the weekend even better for our family to celebrate the occasion. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood is historic and beautiful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.

We absolutely loved our time here. This place is a gem - 10/10. The host was very welcoming, had wonderful communication and went above and beyond for our stay. The house is incredible, the pool and hot tub were amazing and everything is maintained very well. I saw some reviews about there only being one bathroom with a shower, our group of ladies were aware and planned accordingly and it was no issue for us at all (there is more than one bathroom to clarify, just one with a shower). There are TONS of comfortable spots throughout the house to get ready. We had many plans to get out in Des Moines while visiting, and we truly just never wanted to leave the house, we were enjoying it that much. We are already looking for dates to come back next year. Great communication and a perfect spot for our group while in Des Moines!

This little home was so perfect in every way. They had fun activities like board games and toys for kids. The kitchen was wonderful and had a few snacks in place, which was extremely thoughtful. We enjoyed the train going by (it wasn't very loud and passed by relatively quick). The bed was so comfy after a day of exploring Iowa! Overall, I really enjoyed our stay in Iowa. It felt like a like a perfect little home away from home. Now, I can't wait for us to come back to visit again!

I had a wonderful stay. The house is so charming and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. While the house is small, it doesn’t feel cramped in the least. You have everything you need in a very workable space. If I need a place in DM again, this will be my first choice.

Our family had the most wonderful experience in this clean, spacious home in Des Moines! The house was spotless and had plenty of room for our whole family to relax and enjoy. It was incredibly kid-friendly, with thoughtful touches that made traveling with little ones so much easier. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, but still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The hosts were outstanding—responsive, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay great. We will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Des Moines!

We had a great time. 5 cousins that had not all been together for over 10 years. The house was very spacious. We spent most of our time on the beautiful back porch catching up. We never even made it to the game room in the basement. Justin had a book that told us about the home and how we could take care of it. So much better than a hotel and Trang to find a space for us all to congregate!

Summer’s home was cozy and the perfect location for my family to stay for a wedding we attended at Magnolia Farms. Easy access to I-80 to get to Des Moines and peaceful enough location we could easily walk to the park with the toddler. The local restaurant nearby was great too!

Our family of four had a pleasant stay while in town visiting family. Home is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Host had great communication. Although the neighborhood is very quiet (I think we only saw one car drive by in three days!), it is close to the freeway and you can hear the noise, so light sleepers might need earplugs. Overall, had a great stay and will stay again next time we are in town!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Lots of space in this extremely comfortable home, and we really appreciated Tessa’s hospitality. Would definitely book again for future Des Moines area visits.

We stayed in the house with two families while in town for a baseball tournament. The kids had a great time at the house playing in the backyard and basement. The hot tub was a hit. The host even had shampoo and conditioner along with some other toiletries. We would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful home in a nice, clean, quiet neighborhood. It is very spacious with 2 living room areas on the main floor and another living room/game room area downstairs. The home was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The master bathroom is very spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again!

My friends and i traveled 4 hours to Des Moines for a comedy show and we got to stay at the cutest little house! It was clean, easy to find, and the cutest decorations!! We felt just at home and loved the local recommendations they left out for us! We had some questions during our stay and Hannah was very responsive and helpful to us! We would definitely recommend staying here!!

This was probably my best Airbnb experience thus far. The home was beautiful and extremely kid friendly with toys/baby gates/high chair and more. One other perk of the home is the bedrooms are on the other side of the house with a long hallway separating the kitchen and living room from them. This makes for a great place for kids to nap while the adults hang out without disturbing them. The house is extremely well kept, cozy, and will make you feel right at home. Also, if you have a question, just message the host and ask. She’s extremely friendly and responsive. If I ever come back to Des Moines and this place is available I will absolutely be staying again.

All I can say is WOW! We have stayed in several homes and when I say this one knocked it out of the park, well it certainly did! The 'Glenda' did not disappoint! It was perfect for our Girls getaway! So much thought, care, and love for sure, has gone into this home, from slippers to wear when you arrive to ear plugs when you go to sleep, they thought of everything! Our host Danielle was super to work with and while I was unaware of her reaching out a few times during our visit her messages were still appreciated on our way home. Thank you Danielle for sharing the 'Glenda with us!

We enjoyed our stay in Des Moines. The house is the right size for us and our pets. The location is just right for all the family we like to visit.
