However, its location is ideal for cycling, hiking, golf and especially skiing, Arcalís is only 15 min away, the Pal gondola is 5 min away and the Funicamp (Granvalira) is 15 min away.

Casa Vella Arrero, is a typical mountain house from the 18th century, completely restored since 2018, where at all times the essence of the typical buildings of the Pyrenees , with stone and wood, has been maintained. The house is all lit by a warm lighting system with LEDs, in line with the rest environment offered by its location.

The apartment (HUT registration number 005665) is the ground floor of the house, completely independent, 190m2 with exclusive use of the garden. There are 3 ensuite double bedrooms, each with access to the garden or terrace, a fully equiped kitchen, living/dinning room and a large table tennis/games room. The price includes bedding, towels, wifi, heating, wood for the wood burner and the final clean.

Accommodation located at 1870m. Tranquility, silence and disconnection. Access by the company with 4x4, buggy or snowmobile. Not suitable for people with low physical fitness. Access to the house is by snowshoe in winter and on foot in summer. The descent is about 10 minutes and the ascent about 25 minutes also on foot with a difference in level of 150 meters. The access to the house is not simple.
