Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ciudad Vieja

We felt the house was very good for 5 adults and a child, I really liked the place, it is very quiet and safe. It's a plus that they provide a bus to take you to old Guatemala, my family liked it a lot!

Very good communication, always responded quickly and interested in answering your questions, the description and photos are the same, it has everything you need, very safe, very friendly security staff and they helped us check in very quickly, the building has restaurants and a mini supermarket to eat or buy what you need. Super recommended.

Would highly recommend Karel’s apartment for a stay in Antigua! Everything was clean, well decorated, and the location was perfect (just a few blocks from the main square, everything we wanted to do in town was walkable and we felt safe). The view from the roof deck at sunset is something special — we had friends who told us to go to Antigua Brewing Co for the view from their deck, and while that was lovely, we thought our private little spot was even better. Karel was proactive with directions ahead of our arrival and responsive with questions and recommendations during our stay. We stayed for five nights and were sad to say goodbye! Would 100% book again if we’re ever back in Antigua.

We had a wonderful stay. Despite being close to a road, the apartment was quiet all night. A short walk to Central Square. The apartment itself had a good amount of space and was very clean. We would definitely return.

Great place! I stay here every time I visit Antigua if I can. It is safe and centrally located next to one of the most popular tourist attractions in Antigua. Gilda is very helpful and responsive. The decor is very welcoming, with lots of Guatemalan artisanal handcrafts. It's a spacious apartment, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms, laundry and front and rear balconies. There's a washer and dryer, which is very convenient and not typical. For me, the main disadvantage is that the doorways are a bit low. I'm 6'2". Usually I remember to duck, but I tend to bump my head about once a week during my stays here. The windows do a very good job of blocking sound, but it's a popular, busy street and if you're sensitive to noise, it could be a problem. (But the noise doesn't bother me.) Sleeping accommodations are limited -- two people could sleep in the big bed in the bedroom and one could sleep on the single bed in the living room.

We had an excellent stay. 🙌🏽 The house is just as shown in the photos… even better! Completely overcame our expectations. Everything was very clean, well maintained and thought out to make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. 🏡✨ Gaby and Martin were super friendly and helpful hosts, always available if we needed anything. In addition, the place is easily accessible and very easy to find, which made everything even more comfortable. 🚗🗺️ It's ideal for relaxing or enjoying a quiet vacation, perfect for disconnecting from the daily routine🌿🛋️. I've rarely been to such a well-equipped Airbnb in Guatemala. Thanks again for the exceptional service!! We even had a cleaning service included every week because we were in the house for 7 weeks at a time. All in all, really recommended! The next 3 months are already booked again!

Very nice place. Nice neighborhood and very clean. It has everything you need and more. There is only food (uncooked) that other guests have left. There's everything you need in a house. Great place and great stay.

An excellent place !! Silvia's place is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. You have to be clear that it is not directly in Antigua Guatemala, however it is about 10-15 minutes from the center of Antigua and Uber arrives very quickly. The house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are clean and it has everything for you to cook, which was very helpful. There is a shopping plaza 1 km away that has everything you need. The pool area is quite comfortable to have a good time with the family and its terrace is amazing for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.

Enchanted by the apt in Elemento building and its amenities. There is a convenience store for snack beverages , a Cafe , sorbeteria , a Koreano restaurant and a typical food shop on the first level of the building . Metrobus station is within walking distance. A nice and spacious park for running in front of the building, there are fruit sales and minutes to cool off. The terrace is fantastic in decoration , views to the mountains . I loved the gym equipped with the basics. 10 minute drive from zone 10 . Everything in perfect condition.
