Family-friendly vacation rentals in City of Binan

Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

Nad's Place Manila is a great place, the facilities are good the place is cozy perfect for any kinds of gatherings the host is responsive and the staffs are nice and responsive to our needs during our stay. its been fun staying in your place and more power to you.

This was our first experience in the Philippines to visit family and to tour. The condo is very easily accessible from the airport by walking via Runway Manila or a very quick Grab. Our host was very responsive and helpful before our trip, answering all questions and providing a great experience. Our check in was seamless as the host's helper met us at the condo to show us around. Building staff were very helpful and all the amenities were enjoyable. Grocery and other food options were very close and this was a very safe place to be. This was a great "homebase" for our family to explore Manila. We highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Manila. Thank you!

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

Great stay in BGC. Lots of restaurants nearby, a walkable area, lots of shopping and a safe environment. The pictures of the room is the same in person. 2 good sized rooms to sleep. AC works well for the hot days outside. 2 full bathrooms and plenty of space. There’s also a few umbrellas if it’s raining.

Nice place, with complete amenities, closer to mall, convenience store, groceries, shops and restaus. Closer to banks & atm hubs too. Unit is big for a studio, its clean, have a very good aircon, working washing machine, and few kitchen/cooking utensils. They also have a sturdy clothes rack outside, you can wash and do airdry, but be careful when hanging clothes outside bec its not really allowed. You have to move the clothes rack near the aircon area, slightly hidden. Big clothes cabinet if you have a lot of clothes, with few hangers. Spacious ref too. TV is working but its not a smart TV, u need a hub to connect the TV and do screen display using your devices. Spacious balcony but I wish there's a small table & chairs outside. We originally checked in last Dec 2024 until Feb 2025, and decided to extend the booking twice. They are flexible with booking. My only concern was the response time, during our stay. Other than that, everything is good. Place is comfy & private.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for such an amazing stay! The views were incredible, the staff were so friendly, and the resort itself was so peaceful and relaxing. We had a truly memorable time. We'll definitely be recommending you to our friends!

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

good place and really helpfull person, but no double electrical plug as you can find everywhere, the flat is really well furnished, but the ac is not working properly :-/

The host or representative meets with a greetings and a smile, and takes you to your condo and show you how everything works and at end asks, “do you have any questions, and let us know if we can be help at any time. 5 stars in my book. I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb rental! Beth, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or requests. She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!
