Had a great stay at Pak Norman’s place! We had to reschedule due to some urgent matters, and Pak Norman was very kind and accommodating throughout the process 💯 Check-in was hassle-free, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. The room itself is a cozy studio apartment, clean and well-maintained. All the essentials are there — smart TV, fast wifi, stove and cooking utensils, towels, water heater, and a water gallon. There are extra blankets in the wardrobe too, which was nice. The space smells fresh and pleasant. The apartment is right in the heart of Dago, so everything is within easy reach. And Pak Norman is always responsive and easy to reach if anything comes up! 🙌🏻 Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-equipped stay!

Loved my stay here! The apartment is in a super strategic location, really close to the city center, so getting around was super easy. The place itself is clean, comfy, and has everything you need. The room was cozy and spotless, the bathroom was clean too, and there was always hot water for showers—which was great. Wi-Fi was fast, and there's even a minimarket just downstairs. Plus, it’s super close to a souvenir shop, so grabbing some local goodies before heading home was super convenient. All in all, a great place to stay.

Good experience. Only few things need to be improved inside the premises. The location was good, inside the complex has various place such as resto, hospital, etc. But if you want to visit the central of bandung, it took around 30 mins with tolls. Olevio as co-host is responsive too. Thank you host!

First of all, communication with Manik was very easy. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house feels even better than the pictures! Great air circulation, high ceilings make the house filled with fresh air, plus great natural lighting. The surrounding was also quiet. We like walks and there are great restaurants nearby and mini markets. The location is also nice, only around 15-20mins to the train station by car. Check in and check out were easy. We felt safe and comfortable at the house. Oh and the water heater is also a plus point, it was working perfectly in a cold Padalarang weather! We could also cook at the house! Would definitely stay here again in the future (:

I have great stay here. This is brand new house so everything are clean and flawless. The location is easy to find and secure with single gateway. Its very near from many point of interest around Kota Baru Padalarang. I can easily find anything that i need from cafe, resto and convinient store. Abimanyu is very helpfull host. There are no issue from check in until check out. He even let me to check in early so i have more time to stay and using his property. He allow us to use his electric bike for free, make kids are extremely excited and play with it by riding arround the area. If you plan to go to Padalarang Bandung, this one is perfect for you to stay.

Overall, the place is pretty cool and wallet-friendly. My kid had a great time running and playing indoors because the house is quite spacious. It would be even better if they provided things like soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, toilet paper, and towels in the bathroom, and having a pool in the backyard would be fantastic!

Gendis' place is absolutely beautiful. The house is located inside a calm surrounding of housing. We can feel the fresh air and it's great for morning walks. It's near to several notable places like Lembang Zoo, Jendela Alam and Kampung Daun where we've been. The use of space within the house is minimalist and but got all we need, including the complete kitchen appliances and several housing needs which make our stay very comfortable. We came with 2 children and they can run around freely. Gendis team has been very helpful throughout the stay. He shared the direction clearly and the helper also available to response our questions. Overall our stay here was very great. It has everything we look for for a staycation 👍

Pertama kali coba mencari homestay di Bandung. Begitu sampai langsung takjub karena berasa homey, seolah berada di rumah nenek🥹 Memang ini rumah jadul namun sepertinya pemiliknya sangat merawat rumah ini sehingga nyaman untuk ditinggali buat berkeluarga atau berkelompok. Recommended👍

I spent a few months in this property with dependable utilities and great comfort. Additional internet connection was provided with reasonable cost and it was superb for work, course, and entertainment. Beyond the unit, the whole apartment should get thumbs up. Its facilities were remarkable while the supporting staffs left memorable services.

tempat yang sangat sy rekomendasikan untuk menginap bersama keluarga dg jumlah ramai. ditempati oleh 10 org pun ruangan masih terasa luas. untuk perlengkapan sangat lengkap, dan komunikasi kepada michael sangat lancar. sy membawa 3 anak jd sangat terbantu dg adanya mesin cuci,, mengingat anak2 sering ganti baju :) terimakasih michael

Good place near to braga street and inside the braga citiwalk mall. A lot of food and stores nearby. Inside apartment is clean and would be great if added with water heater on toilet.
