Edificio totalmente rehabilitado. La vivienda además posee varios premios de arquitectura y ha sido publicada en varias revistas de diseño. La vivienda está en la segunda planta de un edificio de 3 plantas. Solo existe un vecino por planta. El edificio no dispone de ascensor aunque dispone de una escalera muy ancha y cómoda. El apartamento dispone de un salón muy grande con sofa de 2.40 metros, la cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, lavadora, secadora, horno, microhondas, lavavajillas, placa de cocina de gas y de inducción, todos los electrodomesticos de la cocina son de alta gama o premium plus. Hay aire acondicionado frio, calor, por conductos, también hay radiadores de gas natural, la iluminación es graduable. La casa conserva el estilo tradicional del casco histórico aunque posee un aspecto más moderno, de diseño y muy exclusivo. The Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, with the Metro from Xátiva and Colon station (5min) and transshipment on the Tram. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences you can take the Bus (15min). In addition, there is a bike rental less than 1 minute away, to explore the city or to reach the Jardines del Real or the Turia River Garden, the "Central Parc" of València in 5 minutes. The old River Turia's garden is a green belt that connects the whole city, where you can spend the day strolling under the shade of the trees while touring and visiting different monuments until you reach the City of Arts and Sciences. De techos altos y ventanas amplias que permite ser un piso de mucha luz, se compone de un espacioso salón comedor y cocina integrada, completamente diáfano. En el salón comedor encontrarán la televisión con Netflix y WIFI, ideal para desconectar después de un día largo. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes. Moverse a pie o en bicicleta es una gran opción, dado que todo se encuentra cerca del piso. Si vienes en coche, solo a 200m se encuentra el parking público de La plaza de la Reina, en pleno corazón de la ciudad. Tranquilo y al mismo tiempo encontraran toda la vitalidad de la ciudad.
