Our family-friendly cottage is situated on top of the village of Vasilitsi near the beautiful seaside town of Koroni just a couple of minutes away by car. As guests you have access to the whole house and garden featuring three terrasses with flowers and trees. The original Greek village features a taverna 'Nikos' with a great choice of tasty dishes and two small shops. Paulinda stand uns vom ersten Moment an hilfreich zur Seite. Ihr Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Von dort kann man ganz unkompliziert verschiedene Strände und das Örtchen Koroni erreichen. Paulindas Haus bot alles, was wir benötigten. Sogar Strandmatten, Sonnenschirm für den Strand und andere Utensilien, die einen Strandtag angenehm vergehen lassen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt.

Breath Home - panoramic view and zen energy

We had the most wonderful stay at Stathia and Paul’s. Communication was extremely efficient and Stathia’s warm welcome made us feel immediately at home. She is a very kind, caring, discreet and accommodating host whose house certainly reflects her generosity and life ethics. It is spacious, well-equipped with a minimalist and yet comfortable interior with large windows and balcony overlooking a valley of olive groves where a gentle breeze often flows in the afternoon towards the sea in the distance. It always felt cool even on a hot day. Its location is perfect, a walk away from a village with a small shop, cafés/ taverna and lovely coves and a short drive from Koroni. We love this part of Messinia and have visited twice before but never have we felt both so rested and energised after our two-week stay at Stathia and Paul’s; magical!

An outdoor kiosk is set under a canopy, featuring a wooden table and chairs. Surrounding olive trees provide a natural landscape, with a panoramic view of the Messinian Bay and the Ionian Sea in the background. The ground is mostly unpaved and dry.

Thank you Niki for this wonderful stay, your house is a true gem. I cannot understand anyone not giving 5stars or complaining about anything, especially for this price. The location and property was absolutely perfect, with the beautiful city of Koroni nearby. The morning view over the ocean. The beautiful olive garden. The lovely open living-room with the fireplace. My experience was completely amazing. Communication was very lovely and fast and helpful. I cannot recommend Niki and their property highly enough. I will definitely visit again <3

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft bei Elpida! Ruhige Nachbarschaft, Strand fußläufig und ein perfekter kleiner Garten mit Pool! Die erste Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist wirklich nicht so einfach, aber Elpida gibt einen sehr detaillierte Anfahrtsplan. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Absolutes Highlight ist natürlich der Pool. Aber auch die Lage ist toll. Ruhig gelegen, aber man ist trotzdem innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Auto an verschiedenen schönen Stränden. Absolute Empfehlung.

Nous recherchions un endroit paisible, mais avec plages, restaurants et commerces élémentaires à proximité. Tout y était. Environnement de champs d’oliviers, taverna familiale au centre du village à 5 minutes, plage ombragée toute proche. Dans la petite maison climatisée, le confort attendu était là, la voiture à l'ombre dans le jardin. Kostas est un hôte attentif au bien-être de ses "guests", et très réactif. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Villa Terra - Private Jacuzzi & Amazing Sea View

George en zijn vrouw zijn een fantastische gastheer en - vrouw. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en in het appartement was een mand vol fruit, een paasbrood (we kwamen aan op tweede Paasdag) , een fles wijn en flessen water aanwezig om ons te verwelkomen. Verder waren er nog meer luxe artikelen als koffiepads en heerlijke doucheartikelen. En onwijs goed verzorgd! George heeft verder gedurende de hele week contact met ons gehouden om te checken of alles goed was. Het appartement zelf is mooi en goed ingericht. We hebben ook, ondanks dat het nog niet zo warm was, genoten van de jacuzzi. Na een dag rondsjouwen is het heerlijk om even een plons te nemen. Met de auto hebben we de buurt verkend, met dorpjes als Koroni, Finikounta, Meloni en Pilos. We hebben genoten van het Griekse leven, de natuur en de eenvoud. In ieder geval in deze periode (eind april), want in de zomer zal het hier ongetwijfeld drukker en warmer zijn. Ook het strand en de restaurantjes bij Tsapi zijn een aanrader.
