Mini apartment in Malecón with direct ocean view. It is located within a private residential condominium and 4 blocks from the Municipal Park. You can take exceptional photos of the sunsets and enjoy a wonderful view. The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with independent access, it has 01 room with ocean views, full bathroom, a sitting area and large terrace with ocean views. The Mini does not have a kitchen but it does have an area with a minibar, microwave and electric kettle.

Located on the third floor with a separate entrance, a small patio and terrace to sit and read or sunbathe. I have a carport where they only fit motorcycles, if you have a car you can leave it in front of the front door of the house. There is also a park one street away to do your cardio and many stores nearby to buy what you need.
