The Southeast location of the Villa allows you to experience beautiful views along with a breathtaking sunrise. It is a traditional country house, consisting of four private apartments (out of which three are available for leasing) making it an ideal holiday destination for large families and groups of friends. Thea Summer House

Me and my family are excited to welcome you to our summer apartment! The house is located in the town of Skiathos, in an ideal position close to the sea, the bus station (10 min walk), and the port of Skiathos (5 min walk), which is the heart of the island. The apartment is a recently renovated, lovely semi-basement, with plenty of space to welcome up to four people and a beautiful garden, just in front of the house, with an incredible view of the sea!

Elia House is located in the area of "Platanias - Agia Paraskevi", Skiathos. The house is located 6km from Skiathos port and 7km from the airport. It is 1km from the "Agia Paraskevi" beach and 6km from the most famous beach "Koukounaries". The furnished and fully equipped house is ideal for holiday makers seeking relaxing and private family holidays while offering all modern amenities for a comfortable stay. It can accomodate up to five people.

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

No shops, bars, and crowds around, but if you would like to enjoy a night out or shopping, the tourist village of Milina is only a 10-minute drive. Parking is possible in the village 100m from the house, or you can park on the road next to the front gate.

You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful, 2 streets away from the sea, in the best area of Volos. There is a park and a playground really close to walk your dogs or for your kids to spend time. City center is a 10’ walking distance.
