Wonderful Stay at Georgios’ Villa in Chorafakia! We had an amazing time staying at Georgios’ villa in Chorafakia, Crete. Everything about the place was modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The villa had all the comforts we needed and more — perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Georgios was a fantastic host. He made sure we were well looked after from the moment we arrived and was always available if we needed anything. His warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Our whole family had a great time — from enjoying the peaceful surroundings to exploring the local area. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Crete. Es ist ein traumhaftes Haus! Wir haben es sehr genossen! Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Es gibt sogar eine Saftmaschine, um die leckeren kretischen Orangen 🍊 auszupressen. Auch ein Grill am Pool ist vorhanden. Der Blick aufs Meer ist unglaublich schön. Selbst bei starkem Wind kann man auf der geschützten Terrasse den Blick genießen und ist dennoch nicht dem Wind ausgesetzt. Tolle Architektur. In der Beschreibung kommt nicht so gut raus, dass man im Wohnzimmer ebenfalls völlig geschützt wie auf dem Balkon sitzt und einen wunderschönen Blick auf Pool und Meer hat. Außerdem gibt es im Wohnzimmer einen großen sehr tollen TV. Leider hatten wir einen Vormittag Stromausfall. Dafür konnte allerdings der Vermieter nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 💙🤍💙

We had such a great time and will be looking to come back! Theodoros was an amazing host, from pro-active things such as clean linens every week as well as providing a very clean and hospitable space for our family. Cannot say enough good things!

The house was stunning and the view was gorgeous making for a perfect sunset. Everything was as described. Great air conditioning in every room!!! The swimming pool and private sea swimming cove were both great. The house had everything you could want, and the host Stella and Kosta were very attentive, walked us through the entire house, showed us everything we needed to know (outdoor grill, AC UNITS, private security gate, locks, dishwasher, etc.) Stella was a very generous and great host, left us fresh melon, bottle water, coffee, and other thoughtful touches to help us get settled in. My recommendation to anyone staying here is to rent a car if you want to explore the town. Rentals are very cheap and conveniently located at the airport. For Americans visiting the island, the addresses aren’t the same as the US, it’s basically the name of the town/village, and then the street name followed by the house/villa name. They’re also have a version of DoorDash called efood.

Siisti yleisilmeeltään, keittiössä hyvä varustelu, mukava ja rauhallinen takapiha, auto on oltava liikkumiseen, ihana pieni ranta automatkan päässä. Meitä oli neljä majoittujaa ja tämän talon neliöt olivat siihen sopivat.

We chose this villa following the late cancellation of our flight as it was close to Chania airport and as the villa was big enough to fit the family. Depsite the last minute message to Ellada late in the evening, she was extremely reactive and helpful. The villa was prepared in a very short timeframe and Ellada was at the villa to welcome us.

Comfortable and well equipped villa in a great location. Variety of places to sit or dine outside in sun or shade. Good sized and well maintained pool kept at a nice temperature. Located at the rural edge of Chorafakia (in a spot with as many sheep as there are cars!) and an easy 10 to 15 minute walk to a small selection of businesses that can cover every daily need. The village itself is incredibly peaceful and completely un-touristy despite being only 10 minutes from the airport and a short drive from a number of beautiful beaches. Although not walkable, the closest is only a few minutes away. The busy heart of Chania is about 25 minutes away (tip: it is possible to park near the old town but be prepared by researching options before you go). Pete, Viv and son Ben were the best kind of hosts. Friendly and helpful, respectful of our privacy but responding immediately if and when needed.
