The team was very helpful and immediately implemented all "deficiencies" without hesitation. For example, the safe did not work. Hui immediately procured and provided a new one (albeit not screwed to the wall). The service was really excellent. The view from the rooftop pool in Tower A is great. Would book there again.

Panatda is a great host very responsive and friendly. The place is centrally located near restaurants and the beach. The place very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool on the 31st floor very nice and beautiful. If I get back to Pattaya, I would definitely rent this place again.

The apartment offers really nice sea views and beautiful sunsets, which were definitely the highlight of the stay. It was clean and as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout, and the building staff were polite and friendly. The location is a bit out of the way, so a motorbike is pretty much necessary to get around. It’s about 10 minutes to Jomtien and 20 minutes to central Pattaya. That said, the area is quiet, which some may prefer. There are a few good restaurants and beach bars nearby, especially on the left side near the resorts—worth checking out if you’re staying in. Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for a quieter place with a nice view and don’t mind a short ride to the main areas.

The host quickly resolved the problems that occurred in the middle, and cleaned every 5 days for long-term stays. Two new towels were provided daily The rooftop pool and sauna here were so nice to relieve the fatigue of a long trip. I plan to use this place again next time. Thanks to the host, I had a very satisfying time. I thank her.🙂

I had a very comfortable stay at Noina’s place. Love the place. Great facilities. It’s peaceful and quiet. It’s exactly what I need at the end of the day. ☺️

Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The assistant is also very cute and kind, the instructions and introductions are very complete, and the housekeeper and host respond very quickly. Everyone was very satisfied with this accommodation, Clean, everything is at a glance, a lot of small details are thoughtful Everyone says they'll come back next time.

The host responded quickly, so we didn't have much trouble communicating! Apart from the lack of shampoo and body wash, it was good! I had a good time!

The place is nice and peaceful, meaning it’s not a lot to access to unless you have a car. The house is very nice and the location is beyond perfect for relaxation. However, it depends on your neighbours as well - we had one night of a big party going on until 5.30 am next door so we didn’t have a good sleep. Anyway, apart from that the house is very very lovely. Really good for a family of 6 like us to spend quality time together.

The host is too kind and always be there to help you out. The house is entirely clean and quiet. Best place to consider living in Pattaya.

Unique and traditional stay inland from Pattaya

I enjoyed my stay at this house. I really liked the garden surrounding the property it was peaceful, quiet, and full of beautiful flowers. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, the blanket in the smaller bedroom was a bit too thin. Fortunately, our group ended up with only four people, so we didn’t need to use it. Also, there was no bidet spray in the bathroom on the second floor, which made things a bit inconvenient when the toilet paper ran out. But overall, there was nothing that caused any real problem. Peace, calm and private. There’re some local restaurant and local convenience shop nearby where you can find some stuff and feel a local vibes. Good stay

Specifically needed a work desk and chair for my stay so this place stood out but regardless of that its a beautiful, clean apartment in a great location. The apartment is faultless and had everything I needed. The building has excellent facilities and the location is perfect, quiet but close to all the facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.
