Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Private pool, open on request from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., shared with the guest room and the owners.

For your outings, 20 km from the Futuroscope, Poitiers, the cities to discover Saint-Savin, Chauvigny, Montmorillon the city of writing and the Puy du Fou.

Large 2 rooms 60 m2, living room 30 m2, fully equipped separate kitchen, 1 bedroom, shower room. Located on the ground floor of a listed 18th century mansion. In the city center, a 15-minute walk from the train station, it is close to the entire public transport network, shops, restaurants, bars, services, parks and historical sites of the city. This accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. Plus, you can enjoy the Futuroscope Park just 10 km away.

In this charming house, you will relax by the fireplace, share a friendly moment thanks to its large dining table, fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of its mezzanine or bedroom beds. In summer, you can also enjoy the terrace equipped with a kitchen with a grill. Access to the heated pool between June and September.

Située dans un lieu-dit à 3 km du centre bourg de Vouillé, village agréable avec toutes commodités (boulangeries, marché le samedi matin, pharmacie, boucherie, restaurants, supermarché, tabac/presse ...) A 25 minutes du Futuroscope et du centre ville de Poitiers.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
