Great place and location! Hard to locate and AC only in the bedrooms so it was very hot in rest of the house the first night. The mangos falling on the tin roofs sound like gun shots. Hosts were quick to respond. Would stay again.

La ubicación es perfecta, justo en la playa, ofreciendo vistas espectaculares y un ambiente relajante. La casa está impecable y bien equipada, con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda y sin preocupaciones. Jennifer fue una anfitriona excepcional, atenta a todos los detalles y siempre dispuesta a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Disfrutamos cada momento y definitivamente volveremos. Una experiencia verdaderamente agradable en un lugar que ya consideramos nuestro segundo hogar.

Unique and beautiful place to relax and enjoy the quietude. Thoughtfully designed, beautiful sunset views, dark skies for stargazing, surf breaks minutes away. Highly recommend this place!

We are a Canadian couple who stayed in Drew's house for 2 weeks this February to surf the nearby breaks. From the very beginning, Drew was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions about the area. Drew is very responsive and always there to help. We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Drew's house. It was cool during the hot days and even though you are right in Asseradores it is a secluded and private property. There is an amazing bakery only a few minutes away too for fresh sourdough and cinnamon buns. Highly recommend.

5 stars wouldn’t be enough to describe my experience in Nicaragua but specifically at Rommel’s place. From the welcoming perspective, the cleanliness and the owner’s attitude all were impeccable. I couldn’t be more satisfied and grateful to Rommel who made his home available to me and catered to my every need. We had a great stay, amazing spot!

I was so impressed with this Airbnb the first hour I was there. This place was Impeccably clean. Minor issues were resolved immediately. This place was by far, one of my favourites. I just truly enjoyed this kind of outdoor living. The pool was an added bonus for those hot afternoons and evening dips under the stars. If you come across this listing, I would not hesitate to book it. It is a great central location.

Amazing place, great location for a horse ride to the wetlands, volcano hike and beach. Fully equipped kitchen, rooms and general areas. Most of all. Super friendly and helpful local team, they will make your stay memorable. Gracias!

We really enjoyed our stay here. A great indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor space has the sunshine all day! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need (oil, salt, pepper etc). Cristhell was super responsive and really helpful with whatever we needed. Great place to stay in Leon!

Marlon was a great host, very responsive! The space was great, clean, spacious and the pool was perfect for the simmering weather! You need a capable vehicle to access the property as it is very steep, but it’s worth the climb, the view is unmatched!

Really enjoyed our stay. Cant beat the location, the room was beautiful. There is a good afternoon breeze so the temperature was fine without AC. Host family on site are very kind and friendly, they were happy to help with any queries. They even shared some of the fish they caught with us! Due to the water set up, during power cuts there is no running water at this accomodation so we couldn’t shower or flush the toilet. Power cuts seem to be common during the rainy season so keep that in mind if you’re going to stay here

Juan ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Meer und hat eine grosse Terrasse, wo man die schönen Sonnenuntergänge geniessen kann. Bis zu The Boom hat man zu Fuss ca. 20min. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt von 1 Nacht auf 14 verlängert und empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter!

The house is better than pictured, super spacious with everything you need. The bathrooms are spacious and beautiful. AC is in the rooms which is nice for the hot weather in Leon. All of the plants in the house are beautiful and may be reason for the bugs mentioned in other reviews but it was not an issue for us! Host was also super responsive and helpful! 10/10

Con nuestra familia nos hemos hospedamos en este Airbnb en Chinandega y la experiencia fue excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, lo cual se agradece mucho. El lugar es cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Sin duda lo recomendaría y me volvería a quedar aquí en el futuro. Definitivamente hemos encontrado nuestra casa en chinandega !

great location, in town but quiet, and super clean and we'll decorated! guests should know that the house has windows that look into a courtyard of another house and that the blinds/curtains are somewhat see through. there wasn't anyone staying there but it doesn't provide a great deal of privacy. overall great for a couple days exploring Leon
