Vacation rentals with lake access in Chilean Patagonia

Laura’s home is spectacular, particularly the view of the lake and peaceful area. It is close to town, yet far enough away for incredible star gazing and privacy. And you are 15 minutes closer to the boat tours and glaciers. Every communication was helpful, clear and concise. Five stars and more, if that were possible!

Sergio nos esperó en la puerta del depto. a nuestra llegada para recibirnos y explicarnos lo necesario. Fue muy cálido y amable. La cocina de la propiedad estaba muy bien equipada, el lugar estaba limpio y cuenta con lugar para estacionar el auto. Me hubiera gustado quedarme más días.

Absolutely fantastic spot -- spotless, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and a very peaceful location but still close to town. Host was very communicative. Exceeded my expectations in every respect. Can't wait to come back!

total schön gelegen, ruhig, so gut wie kein Verkehr mit tollem Stadtblick auf El Calafate. Das Haus ist gemütlich und warm, bequemes Bett, alles blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Solange hier nicht alles zugebaut wird, ist das wirklich super empfehlenswert, hoffe es bleibt so. Vermieter ist super freundlich und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Würden sofort wieder hier buchen. Fünf Sterne, besser geht es nicht

Um local muito bem limpo e organizado, as anfitriãs pensam em todos os detalhes! O único detalhe que achei ruim é ser um pouquinho distante para ir no centro a pé, ainda mais em temperatura muito baixa, achamos o restaurante Lá Cantina na esquina que nos salvou, com comida boa e experiência bacana! No geral, nota 10

Cabaña acogedora, con hermosa vista al bosque y a pasos del Lago. Ubicación cercana al centro de Huillinco, donde hay almacenes y restoranes. nos encantó el lugar y sin duda volvería 💖

Alles gut: Betten bequem, konnten kochen, alles sauber, Internet hat gut funktioniert (der Fernseher ist allerdings kein Smart TV). Supermarkt sehr nah. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da.

Senti-me como que em casa. O apt 8 é exatamente como mostram as fotos. Limpo, arrumado, de bom gosto, confortável. Fica exatamente a quatro quadras da rua principal. A cidade me pareceu segura para caminhar de noite. Brenda é uma moça simpática, respondia prontamente, ficou com nossa bagagem no dia do checkout. Só posso fazer uma observação: o horário do checkout é cedo demais. Precisamos colocar despertador para não perdermos o horário. O número 8 é uma casa confortável para um casal, com muitos aquecedores distribuídos pelos cômodos. A cozinha foi necessário usar apenas para o café da manhã, bem equipada. Gostei muito de nos hospedarmos no apt de Brenda. Recomendo.

This was one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The hosts were very kind and receptive and greeted us with homemade bread and cake which was really nice. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos and the view was really beautiful. The walk to the center was quite short and nice. I would happily stay here again, no complaints.

Apartamento amplo, confortável, exatamente como aparece nas fotos, lençóis e utensílios de cozinha todos novos, bem localizado. Que vista espetacular do Canal Beagle e das montanhas com neve, vai deixar saudades.

El sector donde está la cabaña es muy bonito, cuenta con tinajas y tiene acceso al lago. La cabaña full equipada, la estancia fue muy agradable. Además habían 3 perritos muy juguetones.

Une vraie expérience RBNB chez Flor Accueil amical, souriant, par la propriétaire qui est dans la maison voisine et toujours dispo pour échanger, donner des conseils. Pas de clef dans une boîte, de code, elle est là pour votre arrivée et c’est si agréable. Son logement n’est pas récent mais confortable, super bien chauffé et proche du chemin pour le Perito Moreno. Vue sur le lac Argentino depuis la maison. Parking privé, petit jardin avec table et bancs. Et un superbe chien très très accueillant et joueur. Nous conseillons Evelyne et Nacer

Hermoso lugar, con todas las instalaciones para pasar momentos muy entretenidos, el entorno y la tranquilidad se valora mucho en éste lugar... Recomiendo ir y desconectarse de las ruinas diarias.

What a spectacular find. Barbara's home is one of a kind, and made our time in Chalten very special. We visited during peak Fall and the home was surrounded by stunning foliage. The home is lovely -- we were 2 adults and 2 small children and fit very well in the space. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and very functional, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the wood-burning fireplace every morning to warm up. The Huemules Reserve offers a few wonderful hikes that made the stay extra special -- you don't need a car to access these, but can simply walk out the front door and start the trek. The house is just over 30-minutes from downtown Chalten and while it's a bumpy, gravel road, the views to/from the house are stunning and worth the distance. Bonus excursion close by, take a horseback ride with Estancia Bonanza to see breath-taking views of Fitz Roy. Barbara and her husband are warm, generous hosts who made us feel at home and we'd be so happy to come back again one day.

Amazing host and house. Comfortable and with lots of space, 3 bathrooms and 3 rooms. The house is easy to find, just search for "La Cabaña Fishing Lodge" in Google Maps. We went to the restaurant "Donde La Betty" in the near city with great homemade food. I really recommend the house!

La casa está en un entorno maravilloso, lleno de vida. Ideal para desconectarse si eres amante de la naturaleza. Tiene una buena ubicación para explorar el sur de chiloe, cerca de Quellón, Chonchi, Cucao, Huillinco, Isla Lemuy, Parque Tantauco entre otras localidades.

Preciosa casa a la orilla del Lago Monreal! Es muy amplia, comoda, la cocina muy equipada y con una vista muy linda para cocinar. Tiene una pequeña playita a orilla del lago, muy agradable. Aprovechamos mucho de descansar y relajarnos, un entorno muy lindo y tranquilo. Italo muy atento y proactivo en la comunicacion, nos ayudo con todo lo que necesitamos. 100% recomendado!!

Excelente hospedaje. Casa muy limpia, con todo lo necesario y muy cerca del muelle del lago, minimarket y lugares para comer. A la salida de la casa pasan los buses a Castro, Cucao y Chonchi. Se recomienda el pan amasado que prepara la señora Norma. Como consejo para huespedes que no anden con vehículo propio, los buses desde Castro pasan cada media hora, pero la frecuencia desde Huillinco a Castro es menor demorando entre 45 a 60 minutos. Fijarse bien en los horarios.

Beautiful and peaceful place surrounded by pristine nature. Strategically located to visit Parque Nacional Los Alerces, Trevelin and adjacent areas as well as to fish the amazing waters of the Futaleufú river. Undoubtedly one of the ne of the most spectacular regions within Argentine Patagonia .
