We had originally created the reservation for an event we were attending. Then, a family emergency occurred in which we needed a place sooner than the original date. Lydia had the availability and altered the dates for us. After this, the emergency required us to extend the stay - twice. Lydia had the availability and changed the dates again. Her flexibility helped reduce the stress of an already very stressful situation. I highly recommend staying hereon your next trip to upstate NY!

My time at Maggies’s home was rainy and overcast. However, the home was warm and comfortable. All was , as it was stated upon booking. Maggie was responsive to my communications. The Berkshires and MASSMOCA are pretty wonderful. So was our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Fil & Ellie’s place, it made it the highlight of our trip. From the minute we walked in, it felt so calm. The place is beautiful with all the amenities. An incredibly beautiful, immaculate cottage with lovely mountain views and the most thoughtful, generous, and responsive hosts! Scott and Annika absolutely deserve their title as "Superhosts." We felt like we had our own private resort with a luxurious hot tub and a fire pit under the stars. Scott and Annika sent clear instructions for how to let ourselves into the cottage and had a great online guidebook. A kind handwritten note was there to welcome us. Scott and Annika checked in with us often to ask if we needed anything, and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. They set up the cottage with extra comforts such as slippers and snacks, and we really enjoyed using the espresso machine. We were especially happy that we were able to bring our 30-lb. dog with us, and we loved exploring all of the nature and art in the nearby Berkshires and southern Vermont. We highly recommend this cottage, and we hope to go back to stay there again soon.

Georgianna's place was just what I was looking for. Rustic, secluded, and reasonably priced. Kitchen cookware was lacking a little bit, only a few stainless pans which can be a bit difficult to cook on, but that seems to be pretty typical with short term rentals. Overall everything was just as advertised and I would stay again.
