I spent three peaceful nights here and couldn’t have asked for more. The house is cozy and beautifully located with mountain views and a stunning terrace complete with a fireplace — perfect for unwinding. Janette was a warm and generous host, taking the time to show me around the property and the region, with helpful recommendations and maps. The house is easily accessible by car and ideal for both short and longer stays. note that it seemed like the nearby town doesn’t have much in terms of shops or restaurants, so having a car makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, allie charme et modernité grâce à ses équipements dernier cri. Tout est pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Une véritable parenthèse au vert que je recommande vivement !

Vraiment rien à dire, hôte très accueillante, gentille et qui n'hésite pas à partager des informations afin de profiter au maximum de la ville d'Annecy, des activités, restaurants...etc. L'appartement était très propre, très calme et on dispose de tout le nécessaire. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer un week-end entre amies dans le logement de Dominique et nous en sommes plus que ravies ! Le logement est vraiment top, l’emplacement est vraiment idéal et il y a suffisamment de places de parking. Dominique est un hôte vraiment génial, il a été d’une gentillesse incroyable. Nous pensons déjà à revenir avec nos familles !

L’un des meilleurs logements proposé sur Annemasse et ces alentours et surtout très propre, je recommande fortement.

Beautiful annexe to a big house but still private. Very modern space with amazing kitchen and living area. Top quality appliance and fittings. Eric stayed up late to meet us as our flight was very late. It is in the countryside but is just 5 minutes from a bus stop that gets to town in around 20 minutes. I loved our brief stay and would go again to this immaculate air bnb.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, letti molto comodi, tutto perfetto. Macchina del caffè e bollitore molto utili, con tutto l'occorrente per utilizzarli. Posto auto comodissimo e lago, ristoranti e funicolare a meno di 10 minuti da casa. Torneremo sicuramente, anche perchè ci siamo sentiti accolti con sollecitudine da Stephanie, sempre molto disponibile per consigli.

Logement impeccable ! Rien à redire, tout était très propre et bien rangé. La localisation est parfaite et l'environnement est très calme : parfait pour se reposer. Hôtes très sympathiques, je recommande les yeux fermés 😊

Superb host! We have stayed in many Airbnbs in countless cities in Europe, but Mary Leila is the most communicative, understanding and wonderful host. Due to the road construction in front of the apartment, she took the initiative to host a dinner for us at a nice restaurant near by the apartment with three restaurant options for us to choose from. And all of her instructions for check in and out were all very clear and easy to follow. We would certainly return when we have a chance.

An amazing apartment in the middle of town! When the farmers market is happening you walk out right in the middle of it- very cute and quaint! The apartment was very nice and the hosts provided fans which was very necessary because it gets very hot during the summer. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was very clean. The only thing is the shower tended to spill water all over the floor, but we were given lots of towels! All in all, I’d def stay here again next time I’m in Annecy!

Andrea's place was really lovely, nicely decorated and in a great location very close to the lake, many restaurants and several good ice cream spots! Andrea was very helpful and communicative throughout. Would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a place to stay in Geneva.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The hosts were very friendly and responsive throughout and helped with the free transportation cards which we used during our stay. Perfect location and plenty of transport links nearby and would recommend to anyone wanting to explore the beautiful city of Geneva. Will definitely look to repeat our stay here in the near future.

Apartamento espaçoso para duas pessoas e com muitas comodidades, tudo parecendo novo ou em ótimo estado. Quarto muito bom, camas grandes e confortáveis, cozinha bem equipada, não faltou nada. Chuveiro excelente também e temperatura da água fácil de ajustar, embora em duas ou três ocasiões pela manhã cedo a água não aqueceu o suficiente, mas isso não comprometeu nossa estadia (provável que seja um problema do prédio, talvez muitos moradores usando ao mesmo tempo).

I have been coming to Monica's apartment regularly for many years. It is a cosy and comfortable apartment with everything you need. It is also very close to the train station, supermarkets and restaurants. It is very clean. Communication with Monica is easy and frequent. I can highly recommend this lovely place.

Michelle propose un logement très agréable à vivre, proche de la plage dans un quartier très calme. Le logement est bine décrit, petit mais bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Par beau temps, il faut profiter de la terrasse dmet du jardin bien ensoleillés. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Saint-Jorioz et, bien que nous n'ayons passé rencontré nos hôtes, la communication à été claire et très cordiale. Michelle a proposé des jeux pour les enfants, des vélos pour les ballades et est très à l'écoute de ses locataires. Annecy est magnifique mais également tous les petits villages autour du lac. Nous conseillons particulièrement la plage/piscine de Saint Jorioz, accessible à pied!

Der Aufenthalt bei Claudine war Genial, Super Nette und Zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Lage war Super und alles benötigte in der Nähe Unterkunft war sehr Sauber und einfach. Gerne noch einmal !!

Es ist ein charmantes Haus am Wasser. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer ist wundervoll, das Rauschen des Sees lässt einen wunderbar schlafen. Der See ist direkt vor der Tür und lädt zum Bade ein. Mit dem Zug gelangt man von St-Prex an fast alle Orte am Genfersee. Wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

Logement chaleureux et cosy. Malheureusement nous n'avons pu profiter de la terrasse en raison de la météo mais elle doit être très agréable. Hôte fort sympathique. Nous pensons revenir. Merci

l'equipe est très agréable. le logement est bien. le camping est paisible.. attention la cité de l'eau est fermée jusqu'à la Toussaint. le tout petit bémol : nous avons loué notre linge de lit et de toilette, nous aurions aimé la possibilité d'avoir 1 tapis de salle de bain.

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein älteres Bauernhaus mit Charme und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, Wenn wir einen Punkt hervorheben müssten, der uns besonders gefallen hat, wäre es der sehr schöne und weitläufige Garten, von dem man einen tollen Blick auf den See hat. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dort auf der Terrasse ein schattiges Plätzchen finden zu können und uns ab und zu im nah gelegenen See abzukühlen. Mathieu war ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen war er stets erreichbar; um ein kleineres Problem mit dem Kühlschrank hat er sich sofort gekümmert und es beheben lassen. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über den netten Willkommensgruss. Auch die Rückgabe war völlig unkompliziert. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub, denn auch die Gegend ist toll, mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu sportl. Aktivitäten. Die Unterkunft von Mathieu würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
