Appartamento moderno, di 35mq, con cucina, bagno, camera da letto e divano letto. Finiture moderne, cappotto interno, veranda, posto auto e giardino. A piedi si raggiunge la famosa Statua di San Carlo e anche la spiaggia sul lago maggiore. Ideale per escursioni in bici e a piedi sulle colline di Arona, ma anche per attività sportive sul lago.
