Vacation rentals with a patio in Châtel

I couldn’t recommend the apartment highly enough and the help we were given by Sophie . This apartment is in the perfect location for enjoying all that the Town of Morzine has to offer and providing really easy access to all ski areas via the great bus service .. stop 2 mins ( literally ) from the front door . Fabulous small pizza restaurant at the end of the lane .. great takeaway . Apartment well fitted out if you want to cook .. large area to socialise together . Bed linen & towels lovely .. good storage all round . Loved it .. thank you Sophie .

Very nice stay. The apartment was clean and very nice. Marine and her partner were very welcoming and warm. I would recommend this place without hesitation . Lots of lovely walks around the area. Thanks to them for your stay!

Lovely stay at the holiday apartment with many home comforts and all the kitchen equipment you may need. Large enough for a large family and very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed this stay a lot! Incredible views, well-equipped and clean. Just the rooms were a bit tiny (size wise and kept hitting my head haha) Every morning we drove to a local bakery in Chatel for delicious pastries. Thanks Simone— lovely host :)

Beautiful, comfortable chalet with gorgeous interiors. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were spacious. We loved the sauna and the hot tub. The views from the chalet are wonderful and the position excellent. We woukd love to return.

The home is beautiful with a breathtaking view. James was very responsive and friendly both before our check-in and once we were settled in. The accommodation is not easy to find but thanks to James' explanations we had no difficulty. The accommodation is very well arranged, very well equipped and is perfect for small children thanks to the safety barriers. I would this property.

We had a great time! The apartment, tastefully decorated, combines charm and modernity thanks to its state-of-the-art amenities. Everything is designed to offer maximum comfort, whether with family or friends. A real break in the countryside that I highly recommend!

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

We had a great time, very comfortable beds, everything perfect. Very useful coffee machine and kettle, with everything you need to use them. Very convenient parking space and lake, restaurants and funicular less than 10 minutes from the house. We will definitely be back, also because we felt welcomed with care by Stephanie, who is always very helpful with advice.

Perfectly located accommodation, really a few meters from the access to the slopes, in the heart of the resort with walking access to basic necessities and restaurants. The geographical location allows this proximity while being in a quiet area. The view of the mountains and the lifts makes its little effect in winter. The ground floor access allows you to enter the accommodation without getting dirty while leaving your ski belongings. Accommodation size sufficient for 5 people (4 adults and 1 child). The two bathrooms/toilets are very good for optimizing preparations. Only downsides that can quickly be rectified: - the bedroom mattress or bed is elevated and to be discarded (toilet, unable to sleep in it). - Accommodation with a lot of large cobweb (bathroom from above, above the beds...) as well as quite a bit of dust (vacuum cleaner clogged when we arrived). Listing that deserves to be rented and owner who improves their space. I would recommend the cottage, the geogr situtaion

We had a great time in this beautiful house. The hosts were always available and very friendly! In the house you immediately feel comfortable and the decor is also very nice. Each room has a bathroom which is very convenient. In addition, everything was very clean.. nothing to complain about and everything as shown in the photos..

We stayed at Les Seracs in Villars for a long weekend during our “Grand Tour” of Europe. Of all the places we stayed in this apartment stood out. It is beautifully designed and the spring sun bathed the balcony and sitting room in sunlight for most of the day. The views are quite majestic. The bedrooms are a good size and very comfortable, there is a choice of a shower or bath and the large well equipped kitchen has all you need and easy to entertain around the large dining room table. It is well located for the village centre (4 mins walk) where you can find excellent restaurants and a good variety of shops, including a well stocked Coop supermarket. The train station and Roc d’ Orsay gondola are also a short walk from the chalet, both providing access to the mountains. We enjoyed our walk at Bretaye and found the beautiful (and delicious!) lakeside restaurant at Lac des Chavonnes. Our host Taline responded to our couple of requests immediately. We highly recommend.

Perfect stay and this place was for many, clean, modern, well decorated, convenient to go with the family. Bus stop 5 min walk, small private residence very nice brand new. Dishes level and equipment everything is there. Functional kitchen, the accommodation is very large, convenient lockers, lots of towels ect ... well... nothing was missing I don't see any negative points really. Thank you very much for this welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s an easy walk to the Super Morzine lift and bus stop if you want to go to the Prodains. The pleney isn’t too far either. The bus for Ardent is just over the bridge also. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby like Bertine, Chaudanne and Le Local Morzine. Hubert sports have got lockers downstairs for 10 euros per day if you prefer to leave your skis there after you’ve finished.

Our stay at Natalia's place was just great! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The location was quiet and ideal for our stay. Natalia was a very kind and helpful host who was always quick to respond to our questions. We felt like at home and would recommend their place at any time. We had a wonderful stay. Our stay was during the very 'low season' (end of May to early June) so the summer lifts hadn't opened but we still found plenty to do and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. The walk down into Morzine was lovely. We would love to return in the future.
