The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

The apartment is ideally located in the center of the village in a quiet residence, a few minutes' walk from the shops, entertainment and the Super Chatel gondola. It is perfect for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people (sofa bed). Please note: Linens are not provided (Bed linen, towels, towels). Cleaning is to be done before you leave. Covered but narrow parking place (2.20 m wide max).

The studio is not accessible for people with reduced mobility
