The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

A mountain family home in the Parc des Ecrins that will serve as a starting point for beautiful walks, either directly on foot from the house, ( exploration of the torrent, nearby hamlets, La Durance...) or a short drive away for mountain excursions, rafting on the Durance, swimming at the Lake ... The house is comfortable to live in, the kitchen functional and meals can be taken outside in the summer.
