Vacation rentals with lake access in Chasteaux

Great time at the cottage. A great peaceful environment, in the heart of nature, hiking within walking distance. Very nice place, well maintained. I only met Arnaud, a very nice host. Network reception can be a little tricky depending on your operator but wifi is available a few steps from the cottage. The cottage itself is really nice, tastefully decorated, very natural.

Beautiful setting, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos! Alexandre is a very welcoming and responsive host. We took advantage of the jacuzzi and the calm. The living room is also very nice. Make sure you specify the functional equipment (example: 2 ovens and 1 dishwasher do not work well). I recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend. The accommodation is a little slice of heaven, beautiful and quiet, nestled in the middle of the fields without being out of the way. Ideally designed for a large group, we arrived with 12 motorcycles, which was absolutely no problem, it's not always the case. The buildings are beautiful, the accommodation is very well arranged and equipped. The rooms are all very beautiful and allow you to live there without disturbing each other. 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets, it's very convenient. A beautiful terrace and barbecue area make meals very friendly, all with stunning views of the setting sun. In short, this accommodation is worth a visit and makes you want to extend your stay... we highly recommend it :-)

A little corner of heaven, peaceful with lots of walks from the accommodation. A beautiful starry sky because it's far from big cities. Activities 15 min by car around (Château de Sédières with treasure hunts/mountain biking/expo, large Marcillac leisure base, Gimel waterfalls, Heritage Museum in Tulle...). Cows graze around the place, we saw deer, rabbits and squirrels, our daughter was delighted!The accommodation has been very well renovated and is very comfortable, the private hot tub of course very nice. Definitely recommend!

Great week in this beautiful cottage. Very warm welcome and perfect understanding with everyone on site. Excellent place to relax with family with lots of things on site (petanque court, swing, trampoline, swimming pool, small animals for the delight of our son and beautiful garden). Our children had fun with the children present on site, including some family members, or made the most of the pool with an ideal temperature. We were also able to relax because we were reassured by the environment. Great contact with Marie Pierre present on the estate during our stay who notably offered our daughter to go pony riding. Not far from there, the lake, within walking distance, is great too. Finally, the accommodation had everything you needed and plenty of storage. A beautiful terrace for eating outside and thick walls that keep the house cool, the best but difficult for wifi. We'll be back.

Michel and his wife are very welcoming and friendly. The estate is beautiful and quiet. Listing is as described and as pictured. Very comfortable, cool during these hot days... 10 minutes from Sarlat and restaurants. Excellent stay and we'll be happy to come back. Thanks for everything.

It's a very nice place with lovely views, peaceful and relaxing. The welcome was perfect, a lot of kindness and attention from the hosts. The accommodation is impeccable and charming (clean with all the necessary amenities) and excellent bedding👍🏻. We'll be happy to go back for our next visit to the area.

We had a great time at Corinne's place. We were able to have very pleasant and interesting conversations with her. The environment is also very pleasant: a nearby lake that was very useful in view of the temperatures (swimming possible), an excellent restaurant in Lissac and possible walks/hikes without turning on the car. The nearby villages is lovely.

Beautiful, bright and functional accommodation at the gates of the city center. Possible but paid street parking. I would recommend this place for a stay in Brives.

It was simply an amazing experience to be with Karine and her family..They were all so super nice and Karine went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We got a lot of great ideas for where to go and what to experience and if you just want to stay on site, there was a lovely pool and lovely atmosphere. Excellent stay!!! Very nice hosting. The accommodation is perfect, extremely clean, very quiet, nothing is missing. It is conveniently located for visiting this wonderful department of Lot.

Many thanks to Viviane for her welcome, kindness and suggestions. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Local products made by Viviane were waiting for us. A real treat! The house is very functional with lots of amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) and kitchen accessories. The location is very good because it's close to many tourist sites and activities (canoeing, tree climbing, swimming pool, etc.). We recommend Viviane's place without hesitation.

We had wonderfully relaxing days in this cozy spectacular accommodation. The environment is very idyllic, the house is well equipped and charmingly furnished. Christine and Richard are extremely warm and left nothing to be desired. Again any time.

We have just spent a very relaxing 2 weeks at Naomi's lovely gite. The property itself was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed; we especially liked the covered terrace off the kitchen and the pool area. The gite is in a very peaceful, secluded location but within easy reach of plenty of picturesque bastide towns. The closest, Villeréal, is only a 10 minute drive away and has plenty of cafes, restaurants and food shops as well as weekly markets and evening food markets - it was really lovely. Naomi and her family are fantastic hosts - very welcoming, helpful and friendly. A great holIday let!

Can’t rate this place highly enough! It is the most wonderful place; blissful and beautiful views all so calm and perfect setting. The house is immaculate very clean with lovely interiors, comfortable beds and lovely bedding. If you are looking for a fantastic place that you don’t want to leave this could be it; just perfect. Jean-Xavier is lovely and extremely helpful.

We loved spending 4 days in Myriam and Nicolas' home! Everything is done to spend a quiet and relaxing time: swimming pool, jacuzzi, pond… The little extra for us was to be able to have coffee in the morning with the different animals of the small adjoining farm that came to greet us! There are many activities to do around: castles, caves, chasms, canoeing... The accommodation is clean and as described, we highly recommend it!

A great weekend with friends at Stéphane's. You feel very good in the house and the surrounding countryside is beautiful. Everything is very clean and the house is well equipped. No problem staying with children. We'll be happy to go back!

Corinne and Laurent welcomed us into their world created so that their guests have activities and essentials at their disposal. The pool is very nice. A real pool for swimming, swimming, and fun.
