On the ground floor you will find a pleasant living space with access to the kitchen area and the bathroom, upstairs, a sleeping area with beds in alcoves. This accommodation is close to the Sioule (at the bottom of the property), the Queuille meander, Châteauneuf-les-Bains and its thermal baths, Vulcania in the Chaine des Puys and many other possibilities for visits and activities.

Welcome! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who moved to the green heart of France in late 2020. We speak some French, also English and our mother tongue German. We invite you to discover the calm and charm of our new region, the Auvergne. In our house you will find a rustic vegetable garden, Vietnamese pigs and ancient chickens. You will be accommodated at "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 bed) and a second bedroom (160 bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

In the countryside, in an outbuilding of my property, this 70 m2 accommodation on 2 levels has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 spacious adjoining bedrooms, baby kit and a large outdoor area with private terrace of 80 m2 and parking. It is less than 10 minutes from the A71 and A89 highway junction, exit 12.1 Combronde and all amenities. This place is air-conditioned, non-smoking and pet friendly.
