Condo vacation rentals in Chang Phueak

Jo is a fantastic host and so kind. Check in was easy, the space was clean and as expected, and the location is amazing right next to Nimman. Jo was very attentive to my requests!

Apartment in the heart of the Nimman area. A huge number of restaurants and several 7-Elevens just a few minutes' walk away. Despite that, the street itself was quite quiet. The apartment was very clean and had everything you might need. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous balcony.

The location and the place were both good, and the host was always responsive.

Gostei muito de ter ficado neste apartamento, senti me como se estivesse em casa com uma vista fantástica e a proprietária sempre mostrou se muito disponível e querida. A localização é ótima para quem gosta de uma área tranquila, cosmopolita e internacional. Espero poder voltar no futuro 🙂

First, the instructions for check-in steps were very clear and smooth, which was very convenient unlike some other places. The location of the condo is reachable to most of essential places within walking distance. The host was very responsive to the needs of her tenants. I’ll definitely stay here again if I ever get a chance to visit Chiang Mai.

I really enjoyed the place, first of all because of its tidiness and the fact that everything is within walking distance. Tik was also very kind and responsive—it never took her more than 20 minutes to reply to my messages. She’s an amazing host. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment near a bunch of shops and restaurants. Nice view from the balcony as well. Would highly recommend for a stay in Chiang Mai!

It's an adorable room with all facilities you can imagine. I love the design and interior decoration of the room. Only one pain point is airplane noise but not frequently so I can totally bear with that.

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

The hotel is located nearby the city the room is cozy and clean the host is very nice and kind the staff are warmly welcome and useful :)

Very comfortable apartment for the four of us. Nice kitchen. Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the University and transportation around the city.

lulu的房子位置太棒了，周邊買東西吃飯都很方便。而且lulu老公肉哥人也非常棒，入住就跟我們詳細介紹了清邁旅遊的要點，有問題都能及時解決。 房間的洗衣機是特別棒的所在，玩了一天實在是累，洗衣機提供了太多的方便了。 家裏住的很舒服，有在家的感覺。以後來清邁lhlu家是首選。

距离商圈很近，楼下还有移动夜市，空调很好，唯一可以提升的是床单可以换一下，材质不舒服

Such a wonderful stay! Kate was very kind and responsive. I had a bit of trouble with the wifi in the first few days. She got everything back up and working right away. She was very accommodating and the place was very comfortable and safe. I absolutely loved staying here, everything was within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again!

Eine Super Wohnung in toller Lage. Habe mich 2 Wochen lang wie zuhause gefühlt. Schön ruhig, ich habe kaum etwas von den Nachbarn bemerkt. Wenn ich mal wieder nach Chiang Mai komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Heel erg mooi verblijf. Het binnen komen ging soepel met de juiste instructies. Het appartement zelf was precies zoals aangegeven. Het appartementencomplex was heel erg rustig en mooi, er hangen alleen wel overal posters dat het niet geschikt is voor backpackers en hotelgangers. Je moet daar een beetje langs kijken. Er was veel te doen in de omgeving en het ligt heel centraal. Er kwamen soms luchtjes vanuit de badkamer maar daar had ik weinig last van. Wat verwacht je ook van Thailand ;) Er was een lekkage door de aardbeving in Myanmar, ik had hier zelf geen problemen mee, de eigenaar verontschuldigden zich heel vaak en gaf tijdelijke oplossingen voor het probleem, maar het viel me niet lastig. De eigenaar was hier heel behulpzaam mee. Over het algemeen een geweldig appartement!!

This was a great place to stay, close to the night market and in the middle of many things. For a little peace and a great view, just go up to the top floor where there's a garden and a pool. The view is beautiful.
