Vacation rentals with a patio in Champniers

Catherine et Michel sont disponibles et très gentils. Nous avons choisi leur dépendance dans le cadre du FIBD. Bien qu'un peu excentré, leur logement cozy et chaleureux a été tout à fait accessible en utilisant les bus (15min de la gare d'Angoulême) pendant tout le festival. Un grand merci !

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the place so much. The grounds and garden are amazing, spent a lot of time in the river with the dogs. The apartment had everything you need. Sheena and her husband so kind and friendly. Hope to be back again.

Logement très propre et fonctionnelle. Il est bien situé avec des bus amenant au centre ville d'Angoulême, qui peut également être accessible à pied (si ça dérange pas de marcher) Je recommande vivement ce logement pour votre séjour a Angoulême

Had a wonderful stay, Nick and his wife are great hosts, with a wonderful 15th century building in which we stayed. Easy to walk into confolens, from apartment We hired a car, in which we was able to explore all surrounding areas, also supermarkets within 3 mins drive Great out door space, with seating area, plus garden to explore with chickens Thanks for a pleasant stay and your information on the area Would definitely book again 🙂

Nous voulions un logement proche gare et du festival de BD d'Angoulême. C'était parfait. Tiphaine a été très attentionnée et disponible à tout moment. Le service déjeuner porté à domicile est vraiment à recommander ! Logement calme et excellemment propre. nous recommandons vivement !

The Gite was in the perfect location for us in a beautiful setting. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The upstairs deck looked out over the pool, very nice!

Casa muito acolhedora. Anfitriã muito querida e preocupada com o bem estar dos Hóspedes. Recomendamos a todos para estadias em família, com amigos ou mesmo com colegas de trabalho como foi o nosso caso.

Logement très agréable, propre et très fonctionnel pour sa taille. La salle de bain est vraiment top ainsi que la piscine. Nous avons à peine entendu les chiens de Virginia. A notre arrivée, nous avions même de quoi nous faire un café (Nespresso) c'était très appréciable. Le petit plus serait un micro-onde.

Catherine est une hôte charmante. Nous sommes arrivées un peu tard en soirée, malgré tout, son accueil était des plus agréables. Le lieu est au calme, dans la nature. Les chambres sont agréables. On est à la campagne. Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter du calme des environs.

Très bien. sejour correspondant exactement à nos attentes. Hote accueillant et flexible.

L’emplacement pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis est vraiment très agréable. Les enfants ont de quoi s’occuper en sécurité ce qui est rassurant.

Ons verblijf in deze prachtige Airbnb was fantastisch! Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, wat ons verblijf heel comfortabel maakte. De tuin is werkelijk een oase van rust, met een mooie overkapping die ideaal is om ook bij minder weer buiten te kunnen zitten. Het zwembad was een absolute topper en zorgde voor een ontspannen vakantiegevoel. De gastheer Filip, reageert snel op vragen en op hun website staat veel handige informatie over de omgeving. Wij hebben enorm genoten en komen zeker terug. Een echte aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust en comfort!

Second séjour chez turea, toujours un plaisir d’être accueilli par Turea et Allan, flexibilité au niveau des horaires nous sommes arriver mercredi aux alentours de 2h du matin, le portail était bien ouvert et Turea était très réactif aux messages que je lui envoyer, les explications étaient claire pour notre arriver dans le logement. Le gîte est toujours autant calme qu’il y’a 1 ans un jeu de pétanque et un billard à était mis à notre disposition. En conclusion, Turea et Allan, sont fait pour cela : Un accueil flexible, des hôtes calmes et discret, présent quand ont en a besoin, un habita et environnement calme, paisible et super spacieux ! Je recommande à 100%

Raphaël a été a l'écoute et réactif tout le long de notre séjour. L'appartement est conforme à la description et idéalement situé. Je recommande vivement.

Le gîte est situé dans un site magnifique, reculé et très calme, mais à la fois, proche des grandes voies d'accès. Il est très agréable, spacieux, la literie est divine et les hôtes charmants et réactifs. Je recommande aux amoureux de la nature !

Super stay in a very historic building, swimming every day. Internally superb although the main building could do with a bit of attention, only expected with the age of the place. Great stay...thanks Jason
