Ο χώρος μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 3 άτομα (ιδανικό για οικογένεια με έως και δύο παιδιά). Υπάρχει υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και ένας καναπές που ανοίγει και γίνεται κρεβάτι. The guesthouse is very close to the beaches of Sykia, Papathanasiou and Kourenti and the stop for the University (former TEI ).

"Avra" Bright and cozy place near the city center

The apartment is located in a central part of the city, with all kinds of shops around but mostly very close to organized beaches with beach bars and tavernas. The nearest is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.) Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. away from the building! Beautiful apartment in the center of Chalkida!

The apartment, fully renovated, is located on the main street of Chaina, in the center of Chalkida. The distance from Kourenti and Papathanasiou beach is just 100 meters away. The nice ouzeries in the city are right below..it is ideal for summer holidays as there is air conditioning and all the necessary utensils you need for a long vacation.. I will be happy to host you!

The house was in great condition, very clean and very good views. Right in the city center with all the shops accessible and only ten minutes from the train station. The owner, Themis, responded promptly to messages to help you with anything you need as well as his mother, Mrs. Vasso, who was very kind and willing to inform you about everything. I was very happy with my service and stay and I highly recommend the house.

The apartment was great! Very clean, beautifully decorated with thoughtful details and very comfortable. The location is ideal, very close to the beach of Chalkida, which was very convenient for us. Mrs. Argyro was friendly, kind and always available to serve us. In fact, he even gave us the option to extend the check-out, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, beautifully set up and in a very quiet location, perfect for relaxing. The host was helpful, always available for anything we needed. The only minor issue we encountered was with the fencing of the space. Because we were traveling with our dog it would have been more convenient if it was safer so we could let him go without worry. However, this did not affect our overall experience, which we enjoyed to the fullest. I'm sure we'll be back and highly recommend it!
