Before a new arrival we disinfect all surfaces with a certified disinfectant, and steam cleaner. We are very close to the hospitals Ygeia, Mitera, IASO, IVF Embryogenesis, ecc. As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Most of the biggest private hospitals , such as HYGEIA,MITERA,IATROPOLIS,EMBRYOGENESSIS,IATRIKO KENTRO, are in less than 2 km.far from the apartment. Bus stop and Electric Bus Stop in 200 meters from the house. Metro station (Holargos) 1250 meters from the house. Parking place in front of the house most hours of the day. Το 1960, πριν χτιστεί το σπιτιού μας στη Σοφοκλέους, ο παππούς Γιάννης φύτεψε ξινά δέντρα στον κήπο. Ο Κωνσταντίνος ήταν ένας ιδανικός σπιτονοικοκύρης. Οι οδηγίες του σαφέστατες κ ακριβείς. Ήταν διαθέσιμος ανά πάσα στιγμή εάν χρειαζοσουν κάτι κ έδειχνε διαρκώς το ενδιαφέρον του για την βέλτιστη διαμονή μας. Το σπίτι παρά πολύ όμορφο κ υπέροχα έπιπλα. Σίγουρα ειναι η πρώτη προτίμηση για την περιοχή στο επόμενο ταξίδι μας. Εις το επανιδείν!

Πρόκειται για το καλύτερο κατάλυμα που έχω διαμείνει στην Αθήνα. Ένα καταπληκτικό διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο, σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία με τη στάση του μετρό Χαλάνδρι 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το σπίτι αποπνέει οικογενειακή φροντίδα και μεράκι. Ο οικοδεσπότης Παύλος φροντίζει για κάθε λεπτομέρεια της διαμονής. Δεν χρειάστηκε να κάνω απολύτως τίποτα, όλα τα είχε τακτοποιήσει ο Παύλος πριν χρειαστεί να ζητήσω κάτι. Το σπίτι προσφέρει οτιδήποτε μπορεί να φανταστεί κάποιος, πλήρη εξοπλισμό κουζίνας μαζί με αναλώσιμα. Αυτό που μας έκανε ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση ήταν η αίσθηση φιλοξενίας και φροντίδας. Όταν μπήκαμε στο σπίτι μας περίμεναν απίστευτες λιχουδιές σχεδόν σε κάθε δωμάτιο...καραμέλες, νερά, χυμοί, αναψυκτικά, μπύρες, σοκολάτες, κρουασάν, ξηροί καρποί, μαρμελάδες, βουτυράκια κλπ...με απλά λόγια σου εξασφαλίζει ένα πρόχειρο σνακ για κάθε ημέρα παραμονής! Τα κλινοσκεπάσματα και οι πετσέτες μοσχοβολούσαν και η τακτοποίηση θύμιζε...μαμά! Η καλύτερη επιλογή για διαμονή!!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Eleni's apartment is what you hope to find. A place that perfectly matches its description. Immaculately clean, well-appointed and well-stocked. It is huge with a large eat-in kitchen and spacious living room/dinning area. A long corridor leads to three generously sized bedrooms. Two of them give onto a balcony that overlooks a huge verdant garden - a nice place to take morning. The Wifi is fast and stable throughout the entire flat. The building is very calm, only four flats, one on each floor. The neighbourhood is nice, leafy, quiet, safe and very local (you may be the only non-Greeks in the nearby restaurants and shops!). The flat is less than a minute from the metro (and from there the centre of town is 11 minutes away). Eleni could not have been more kind and thoughtful in our communication and in her preparations for my arrival. We did not get a chance to meet, but I felt sure that if I needed any assistance, her family who live in the building would have been happy to help.

Η παραμονή μας στο Art House ήταν απλά υπέροχη! Ο χώρος, η καθαριότητα και οι παροχές ήταν σε άριστο βαθμό. Ο χώρος πολύ ζεστός και ήρεμος, που μας βοήθησε πολύ να νιώσουμε ό,τι ακριβώς χρειαζόμασταν για αυτήν την ιδιαίτερη περίοδο για μας. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στη Βασιλική που ήταν πάντα δίπλα μας, χαμογελαστή, βοηθητική και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σα να είμαστε στο σπίτι μας. Και πάλι την ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!!
