Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chaco Paraguayo

Wonderful place. Clean, well equipped. Good location. Secure parking. Very little noise. Great TV. Really good internet. Responsive and friendly hosts. Nothing but good. In fact, perfect. I extended by stay after the first night I was so happy.

A great place to stay for a short or long time. For a long time it would be better to have more facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. It has a small stove and a square heladerita. Both could be bigger for a more comfortable long stay (minimum 2 burners and a bigger fridge), although my partner and I stayed for an entire month and it was quite good, somehow we managed to fit everything in the mini fridge jajaj. Good place, near Mariscal Lopez Avenue where you take any collective to go to Asunción or wherever. It is close to 2 Biggies (minisupermercados 24 hs), the Shopping Pinedo (where there is a supermarket Areté), near the Ciclovía de San Lorenzo, which became super cute, is spacious, very green. And also close to the campus of the National University of Asunción. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are comfortable. In the house they facilitate washing and dry clothes with the sun.

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thanks to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

My wife and I had a splendid time here. There is easy access to the historic center, where we spent much of our time, but there are also lots of good restaurants nearby, a few important touristy locations, it’s just uphill from the costanera and the seat of the Paraguayan government (where you can surprisingly get free tours), there’s a good view of especially the palace from our balcony, and we didn’t feel like we lacked any important conveniences. We had a fully stocked kitchen with just a couple quirks, there were three big supermarkets around us that we could choose from, we enjoyed all of the nearby restaurants and cafes, many of which were also available on PedidosYa, and the area was pleasant enough to walk around and explore. Many major events were hosted just down the road from us as well, which we took full advantage of. Nelly, the building manager, was a delight — she was always available for help or guidance. This is an ideal spot to explore Asuncion for the first time.

Viviana is a very attentive host, always ready to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop your day to day with ease.

Yes, it was good. There was a shopping mall nearby and shops. It was comfortable and safe in the condominium. I liked the stay, and it has what it says in the description. I always choose a washer and dryer, which is important.
