Fully equipped duplex villa close to the sea in Çeşme

Our villa is a duplex and consists of a living room, an American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (+ WC) on the upper floor and 1 toilet on the lower floor. It is suitable for families and groups of multiple people due to the equipment and furnishings the house has. There are two balconies, upper and lower, and a large backyard. There is no parking problem. The closest beach is 10 minutes, the Ildir-Çeşme minibus stop is 1 minute, and two supermarkets are about 3-5 minutes on foot. 10 minutes to Ilıca-Alaçatı, 12 minutes to Ildir by car.

THERE IS A WATER TANK IN OUR VILLA. Thanks to the water tank, our guests are not affected by water outages. There are 3 double rooms with high wooden ceiling and air conditioning and bathroom in each room. In addition, there is 1 single room and a shared bathroom. You can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The villa has all the furniture and items needed for a pleasant holiday. Hair dryer is also available in each room. You can enjoy the Balinese style landscaping with a private pool in the garden.

Located 4-5 minutes drive from the center of Çeşme, you will be away from the crowds but close to the center and beaches. We recommend that you rent a car or come with your own car as there is no grocery store, etc. within walking distance. All rooms have air conditioning.
