Mr. Murat and his wife Asli are very friendly and they answered all our questions, everything was as I expected, hygiene and protection were very important for me, I felt very reliable, it would only be very good if they could make the pool a hot pool, the pool system could use better when the weather is broken... Everything I can do was clean, the kitchen utensils could be selected a little more carefully, we had a very nice, wonderful Ramadan holiday, and the lighting systems were very nice, and all our questions were answered or everything was said to be done for us, if you said the location, everything was available in the center.... I'm staying at this place, which I enjoy so much, for the second time this month. I feel like I'm at home here now. A very friendly and peaceful home, Mr. Şükrü is incredibly helpful and thoughtful as always. He prepared everything before we arrived. Transportation is very comfortable, the air is clean, the sunset on the terrace is unique, it's great. We can walk to the sea in 3 minutes in the most beautiful area of Urla. At every stage of our stay from booking to check-out, both Mr. Can and Eli made us feel comfortable as if we were staying in a really close friend's house thanks to their kindness and high-level communication. The location of the house was very good, you can walk to Ilica beach in 2 minutes, there are many cafes and restaurants around within walking distance and migros is right next door. Also, if you came by car, there is no parking problem, the items in the house are very nice and everything was considered (There was even a filter coffee maker!) . The biggest problem in these places is that you may need to buy the basic necessities in the house even for short stays. However, thanks to Mr. Can, he put some of the things you might need in the house, from soap to toilet paper and even shower gel, salt and oil. She was also very thin to call to ask if we needed anything during the stay. We can't wait to come back in the summer season:) Thank you so much for everything. Orkun&Özge

Super host and super nice and humble family! Do not aspect any luxury. Its a real Turkish 🇹🇷 Local home humble to the heart. It just like the pictures. I refer again do not aspect luxury. Toilet is a classic humble Turkish style. If you like real experiences don’t think twice! The views are amazing and sun set can make your day 🌞 Plenty of friendly cats 🐈 just outside the building. They might come and ask for food as I feed them for 12 days! If you don’t like cats don’t blame the host!!!

The host was really sympathetic, helpful and thoughtful. When we first arrived, he brought us two bottles of water and apricots, which was really kind. He explained everything in detail during the welcome and asked several times during the stay if everything was okay. He said he'd always help if we had a problem – luckily there were no problems, everything went smoothly and perfectly. The house was even nicer than it looked in the photos. It's huge, spacious, and the terrace is really great. Thanks to the wonderful wind, the air was neither too hot nor too humid. We enjoyed the sun with a fresh breeze. It had a large bathroom with a jacuzzi, the house was immaculate. Overall, everything was perfect. Honestly, this may be one of the best Airbnb homes I've ever stayed in. This is a large villa and it provides complete privacy. The host treated us like a brother, not a stranger. I recommend this house to everyone with peace of mind

Especially Ms. Feriha and Mr. Nusret, who live downstairs, are wonderful people. On our last night, Mr. Nusret offered us his own wine and Ms. Feriha accompanied us to dinner. There are very few people like that left. Thank you so much for everything

It is located in a quiet location, 5 minutes by car from Ilıca beach, the most beautiful beach of Çeşme. Very suitable for a family vacation.

It was a great experience. It is a great comfort to leave the kitchen and go to the sea for a holiday with children. We found all the equipment my baby, who has started eating solid food, needed in the kitchen.

It's a very nice, sweet location. The house is sweet and quite sufficient for 4-5 people. We can say that the furniture is a little old, but we had a pretty adequate trip without any problems. Keep in mind that you have close neighbors and they can easily be disturbed. Mr. Emre is a very kind and caring person. For this reason, we did not have any problems. The people around didn't cause any problems either. Nice neighborhood. We didn't have a parking problem or a problem at home. We can say that it is an incredible price performance.

If you want a peaceful holiday, it would be a very refined choice. Ms. Bala's house... The cleanliness of the house, its location, the wonderful sunset, the sincere hospitality of the host Ms. Bala was worth everything. Watching the sun set in the front yard adds life to your life. And the neighborhood's four-legged friends were so beautiful that they brightened up my holiday. I mean, everything was clean and peaceful, thank you.

The house was as it appeared in the photos and had a great location. The beach was lovely; just a few stones as you enter the sea, then you enjoy the soft sand. Having mosquito nets on all the windows allowed us to protect ourselves from mosquitoes. The layout of the house was quite functional and there were enough towels. Ms. Ayla was extremely caring and welcomed all our requests. The house was clean in general, but it made it a little hard to find a no-alcoholic place in the surrounding area. There was air conditioning in only one bedroom, but the fans were enough when we went. Night walks on the beach were not safe, as wild pigs descended at night. A car is a must because there is no place to reach on foot, but there were minibuses to Çeşme. Overall, a home and environment we can choose again; we are satisfied.

Meric is a WONDERFUL host. Incredibly responsive and so kind. We felt right at home with fresh baked goods, filtered water and hot tea waiting for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful - better than the pictures. Very spacious and the pool was great. Literally across the street from the sea and a 2 minute walk to the Çiftlikköy beach. The house is located on a peaceful strip in the nearby town next to Çeşme. There is a local minibus that runs service every 30 mins for 35tl to take you to Çeşme. Local restaurants were great. We had recommendations from her assistant Ugur. Ugur was incredible- very kind man who help us organize taxis, drove us himself and helped with any concerns in the house. One comment- if you are planning to work remote contact Meric first to make sure internet speed has been addressed. This was one bump we had. However when I reached out to Meric she provided an alternative for our work needs with accommodation . Overall wonderful home with amazing host and assist
