Sehr schöne und geräumige Unterkunft . Küche mit allem notwendigen Ausgestattet. Schöne Betten. 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Lipno See.

Poloha ubytování skvělá. Čisto všude, gril ovšem tak špinavý, že jsme nepoužili. Chyběly nám náhradní pytle do odpadkových košů. Přecpaný pytlík ve vysavači a náhradní ani na recepci neměli. Bylo by dobré, napsat do pokynů, co vše je k dispozici i ohledně úklidu. Nejsem určitě uklízecí typ ale pokud je více dní více lidí pohromadě, je to nutné. Byli jsme v termínu v září a ve všední dny, takže všude klid. Okolí je úchvatné a to je největší deviza celého Lake side. Sauna taktéž super a ocenili jsme prichystaná prostěradla. Máme v plánu se vracet.

Kommunikation mit Alice war super, wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Konnten/durften auch etwas früher einchecken als geplant. Das Haus, Vorgarten und der Garten hintenraus sind wirklich schön und groß, alles genau wie auf den Bildern. Es muss nur beachtet werden, das man auf ein Auto sehr angewiesen ist. Aktuell gibt es noch? keine Gehwege.

Tout était parfais, comme la première fois ou nous sommes venu.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, es war sauber sehr schöne Aufteilung von allen Zimmern und Bäder. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, mehr Staufläche in den Badezimmern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The stay was excellent! The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for 8 people. The layout across two floors is very practical, and the location is peaceful and close to nature. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Thank you to the host for the great hospitality and smooth communication!

The apartment looks exactly like it does in the pictures—small but cozy, and perfect for a couple. We were even provided with a baby bed, which was a thoughtful touch and saved us from having to bring our own. Check-in was very easy thanks to Piotr, who gave us clear and detailed instructions on how to get the keys. Arrival time was flexible, which made everything more convenient. The location is right in the heart of the city, yet the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful. There's a small kitchen—not ideal for preparing big meals, but perfectly suitable for quick and simple cooking. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Proche des sites incontournables de la région, une maison spacieuse, des hôtes accueillants qui font leur maximum pour que vous vous sentiez bien. Tout le nécessaire à disposition serviettes, matériel de cuisine, extérieur avec un espace pour faire des grillades. Un emplacement au calme.

As a family with 2 kids (3 and 5 y ) we had a great stay at this accommodation! Everything looks new and all you need is present. The garden is ideal with a refreshing swimming pool and toys for the kids - we even made hotdogs on the little campfire spot :-) . Marcela was quick in her responses and helpful. The region offers many activities on the lake and it is close to other highlights (Sumava national park, Cesky Krumlov,...). We would definitely recommend this accommodation to other families!

Moc ochotní hostitelé, krásné místo, moc dobře se sedí na pergole a koupe v bazénu. Klidné místo, ideální i pro rodiny s dětmi. Děkujeme hostitelům, kteří vyslyšeli všechna naše přání:). Doporučujeme pobyt.

Super nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Tolles Haus. Eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Tolle Gegend. Hatten ein super Zeit und alles wie beschrieben und auf Fotos. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren zu viert mit unserem großen Hund zu Gast. Es war alles so wie beschrieben, super sauber und voll ausgestattet. Im Haus gab es jede Menge Ausflug Tipps und wir haben bei jeder Frage super schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

사진으로 좋아보여서 예약했지만 후기가 없어서 살짝 걱정을 했습니다 그러나 직접가본 이 숙소는 완벽 그 자체입니다 깨끗하고 전망좋고 따뜻하고 .. 바로옆에 거주하는 호스트 부부는 궁금하거나 필요한일이있을때 바로 와서 해결해주고요 체스키크롬노프까지 차로15분이면 도착하는 이곳을 추천합니다

Bolo to veľmi zaujímavé ubytovanie, páčilo sa nám tam veľmi,cítili sme sa tam dobre. Veľmi zaujímavá architektúra,malo to svoje čaro,miestami sme mali pocit,že sme niekde na hrade alebo kaštieli. A spoločenská hracia miestnosť bola naozaj mega. Každopádne príjemná skúsenost, odporúčame.

Two separate, lockable apartments in the basement of a family house, with Wi-Fi, a shared garden, a pool, and free street parking. The host can flexibly switch the apartments; I originally booked apartment 2 but ended up getting apartment 1, which wasn’t really a problem. The accommodation (apartment 1) is spacious, with a large wardrobe in the hallway, a living room with a double bed + a bunk bed and a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and another room with a double bed and a dining table, from where a small kitchenette is accessible. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, the only negative is that there were no basic cooking supplies available (oil, salt, pepper, etc.). The host is reliable, responds quickly to any questions but gives guests plenty of space. Since access is via a key box, there was no personal contact, and we weren’t disturbed. I recommend it, and if I’m in the area again, I’ll try to stay here.

Gut ausgestattet Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung. Alles sehr sauber. Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der See und die Umgebung sind naturbelassen und tragen sehr zur Erholung bei. Es ist nicht überlaufen und die nahe gelegene Stadt Krumlov (35km) einen Besuch wert. Wer ein SUP besitzt, unbedingt einpacken. Es sind tolle Sandbadestrände in ca 300 m Nähe. Das Wasser ist etwas kalt. Die Unterkunft ist hübsch eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl und hat alles da, was man braucht. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Great hosts. Very nice farmhouse. Tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. The village offers a quiet environment. Perfect for relaxing. Also for our little dog. There were no problems between our dog and the hosts' dogs. We had a relaxing vacation and a good time. Thank you very much.

Ein wunderschönes altes restauriertes Häuschen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt alles was man braucht und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt aber nicht einen kurzen Fußweg von Cesky Krumlov entfernt wie angegeben. Es sind 14 km. Am Ende waren wir aber froh, denn es war sehr ruhig und idyllisch

Mieszkanie było czyste i dobrze wyposażone, a jego lokalizacja bardzo wygodna. Kontakt z właścicielem był doskonały – szybki, przyjazny i pomocny. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu i z pewnością wrócę tu podczas kolejnej wizyty. Dziękuję za miłe przyjęcie!

It has the perfect location to walk around this village. Warm house as your home in Czech. The kind host prepared everything you need in the house. A lot of DVD to enjoy. In weekend night you can have live band playing downstairs till midnight. Strongly recommended!

Eine fantastische Unterkunft bei Ludmila und ihrer Familie!! Alles ist toll und mit viel Geschmack und sehr bequem eingerichtet.Dazu kommt ein wunderschöner Weiher auf dem Grundstück und in 5 Minuten per Auto die lohnenswerte Stadt Cesky Krumlov!!
