Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cervia

We stayed in this fantastically located house for 3 weeks. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes to the adjacent nature reserve just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really well taken care of in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just a country house. So we would come back anytime. Thank you very much for the very nice care.

we spent 10 magical days in the house. We walked and returned to the house like our quiet harbor, giving tired travelers peace and coolness in the shade of trees. By car we visited the local attractions and explored the beaches. Everything was great! We prefer to cook ourselves and everything was for this in the house. There is a new and large EuroSpin grocery store 5 min drive from the house. For more comfort, we lacked a dishwasher and microwave, but we knew that they were not there and were ready for it. Lots of different detergents and it makes it easy to keep the house clean. The house is clean and spacious and has 2 terraces, there is an opportunity to make a barbecue, which we enjoyed doing. The pool is 20 steps from the house and this is a big plus. Dear Titti E Vito, thank you more for this opportunity to spend our vacation in your home. We no doubt recommend staying here for everyone.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Cecilia and her family were very kind and welcomed us with the utmost availability and kindness. The house allows you to discover the village of Fiorenzuola and the surrounding beauties and is very convenient for those who do not want to use the car: food, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance!

We were completely surprised by the location of this beautiful house with a beautiful garden. Good location for visiting Ravenna and on the Po delta. Enjoyed the flamingos. Very warm welcome by the host Roberta. Tiped us for the tastiest pizza we've ever eaten.

Fabio is a friendly and polite person, very helpful with regard to schedules and organization. The house is beautiful, very well maintained and welcoming. A very central place in a charming and relaxing village. I highly recommend it for a getaway from the city.

Beautiful experience!!! The house is tidy, very clean and super organized. We stayed in three for two weeks of smart-working and we had a great time! The area is extremely quiet. The house is spacious and lacks nothing. Garden is great! We took advantage of it as much as possible, organizing all the meals always outdoors in the gazebo and enjoying the quiet and the wonderful view. Angela and her husband are very nice guests, very attentive, precise, present and not at all intrusive: we felt really "at home" for two weeks and we are very grateful for this nice occasion. The house is close to the center of the village, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot up the road. Perticara has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We highly recommend a restful stay in Villa Bruna.

The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. Six of us were on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary car repair. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also great - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. After a good time with the family, we return to Germany very satisfied and rested. Many thanks to Nilvana and her family

wonderful experience! Mauro is a wonderful person, able to make you feel at home even if surrounded by beautiful landscapes, immersed in nature. The accommodation is also incredible, with attention to the smallest detail: the houses are in fact very old and masterfully renovated. The view of the hills is priceless, offering unique sensations at all times.

beautiful apartment in beautiful village excellent apartment! nothing is missing, this one is arranged so that it is convenient. The bedding is of good quality, the kitchen is clean. The plus: the terrace overlooking the Adriatic. Carlotta asked us if we had arrived safely and told us that there was a small gift in the fridge:-) When we arrived, there was a tray in the kitchen with 2 cocktail glasses and cakes. What delicate attention after all its hours of driving (Ns come from Brittany, France). The village is beautiful and lively with the beach below. The area is beautiful You can learn more by browsing the books and flyers that are available to you in the listing. And then, we met nice people too in the village. I highly recommend it.

It's been a great week. The apartment and the host are really recommended. The apartment was clean and tidy. Guido welcomed us and also showed us the apartment. He was always available to answer any questions. Everything is great!! Really recommended!!

Stefania is a wonderful host. She had the a/c already running to cool the apartment before our arrival since we arrived later in the evening. Stefania gave us a beautiful rundown of her village and surrounding areas and even offered to make us a reservation at a restaurant up the hill (we did take her up on that. It was a great sea view restaurant with good food!) The apartment had everything we could have needed for our long weekend stay. I cannot recommend this area enough. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Most definitely a peaceful getaway. We have zero complaints and would book again in the future if ever in the area again.

Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

Everything was perfect and we would visit again. Highly recommend the place.

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km there are bakers, supermarket, butcher, all the shops you can serve. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter and as a guide to the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a kitchen with a table of 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the cities of art less than 45 minutes away are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

the house is beautiful and beautifully decorated with a lot of heart and charm. We had a wonderful time with 10 people and children aged 2-15 years. Everyone had a great time and a lot of fun. The mansion is perfect for families or groups of friends or anyone looking for a quiet cozy time in Tuscany. I highly recommend it and would go back immediately if it were available.

The accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail, has its own character, a lot of charm and is very well equipped. In the kitchen, we were able to cook elaborate dishes, which gave us a lot of pleasure. We felt very comfortable and in good hands. The owner is very friendly and responded quickly to our questions.
