We had a delightful stay! Hosts were kind and responsive and the apartment is perfectly appointed. Very peaceful spot at the end of a cul-de-sac with amazing views from the balcony/patio area. Very walkable area with restaurants, cafes, tourist sites nearby. Lovely spot!

The accommodation is as shown in the photographs, it was very well equipped, clean and beautiful. The sector is residential and very quiet, totally away from the nightlife of Valparaiso but at the same time very close to Cerro Alegre, a perfect mix. If you need to buy something, there are neighborhood businesses relatively close by. Valentina was very friendly and responded to our inquiries very quickly. I can only say that I would go back to the same place without hesitation.

We absolutely loved staying at Florencia’s! It is one of the most beautiful apartments that we have stayed in. The view is incredible, and the living room and bedrooms very comfortable. Florencia was very helpful and responsive and gave us lots of great tips for Valparaiso. She also has a massage business at which we booked appointments and it was amazing!

The duplex is comfortable and well-equipped, everything works perfectly. Responsive host, who offers a map of recommended addresses in the accommodation. 100% recommended

Jan's apartment is beautiful, it has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony and a mountain view from the kitchen. The apartment had basic things included such as salt, oil, tea and coffee. The only thing to improve would be the heating since it was cold in Viña and it only has two heaters. The area is very nice, quiet and safe. Recommended.

My stay at Cerro Alegre's apartment was simply great. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, which makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The place is perfect for a stay for two people, the apartment has everything very organized and clean. And to highlight a very nice view of the bay of Valparaíso. It has an excellent location since it can be reached in various ways. During my stay it proved to be a quiet place.

The most remarkable thing about the accommodation is, without a doubt, the location. If you go by car, it is very well connected to get around everywhere: near Valparaíso, Viña del Mar and other points of interest in the area. The apartment had everything you needed to be comfortable during your stay. I went with two friends and it was great for us. Beautiful apartment and view, the building is very good and its facilities are perfect. Very nice people and there are places to shop nearby. It is walkable to go to Jumbo and leave the car in the building.
