Vacation rentals with lake access in Cernobbio

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

We spent three nights in the April home - the perfect spot on the lake to enjoy the surroundings (e.g. a hike to Montepiatto with the hilarious view over the lake … or a boat trip to Como or to Lenno or to any place on the lake … or enjoy an Italian breakfast in the Bar Italia in the pittoresk Marina … or have a first class dinner on the lake in the Vapore restaurant … or or or. That is what we did during our three days ) Everything is in walking distance, so: Italian dolce vita at its best. We definitely recommend.

The place was great, made me feel just like home, with great amenities and spotless clean. Federico was a great host, friendly, easy to talk. The location is just great, walkable distance from main objectives of the city. If I come again in Como, i would choose the same location :) Thank you for a great experience

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Eros and Daniel were the most incredible hosts. The house was beautiful, spotless, and felt like a true escape. Fresh towels and sheets, no bugs, and the private garden with lake views was absolutely stunning. We were walking distance to amazing restaurants, a market, a local bar, and a gelateria with some of the best gelato we’ve ever had. It was also an easy cab ride to Bellagio to catch the ferry to Tremezzo. Eros and Daniel went above and beyond for us. At one point we couldn’t figure out how to turn the stove off and they arrived within minutes to help. Their kindness and care made this one of the best stays we’ve ever had. We wish we could have stayed longer. This was a perfect experience in every way. 10 out of 10.

Great place facing the lake with huge windows, the house is a little bit old but the price was worth it, free parking which is great. There are steps so consider this if you have big luggages. The host is great supportive and very friendly. المنزل جميل من ناحية الاطلالة على البحيره ليس جديد ولكن سعره رائع ، يوجد درج للوصول للمنزل فيرجى الانتباه امن لديه شنط سفر كبيره ، يوجد موقف مجاني، مالك المنزل جدا لطيف ومتعاون ومتجاوب في كل الاوقات.

Sehr netter Gastgeber und Wohnung wie auf den Bildern! Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar (solange man gut auf den Beinen ist, wegen vieler Treppen :)) und man kann mit dem Boot für wenig Geld in andere Städte wie z.B. Como fahren, was sehr schön war.

Great and clean place, in the middle of city centre. quit at night and the best location for all Como's activities and shops. Highly recommend

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Blue Boat Apartment! Es war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Silvia und Gigi haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch für unsere 10 Monate alte Tochter hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Wir werden die Aussicht und den Flair sehr vermissen. Спасибо большое Maria Elisabetta за гостеприимство! Апартаменты были чудесными, со своим выходом к озеру Комо. Elisabetta встретила нас, помогла припарковать автомобиль, у нас был свободный доступ к парковке для нашей машины, что в тех местах очень важно! Нас ждал прекрасный прием: фрукты, вода, кофе, молоко, конфеты и печенье, что было очень удобно, особенно утром. На наши вопросы Elisabetta отвечала очень быстро, во всем помогала, также нам помогли с багажом. Нам предоставили полотенца для пляжа и обувь для камней. Постельное белье и полотенца были чистейшими, кровати удобными. С балкона открывается невероятный вид на озеро. Когда мы уезжали, Elisabetta проводила нас, помогла с багажом, угостила детей вкусным и полезным печеньем, которое мы могли взять в дорогу. Спасибо большое, Elisabetta, с удовольствием вернемся еще!

Great flat is the perfect location within historic Como. Location is very quiet but within 5 minutes, you are at the waterfront and the center with gorgeous streets, shops and restaurants. Description matched listing and pictures and the host, and her son, were so kind, responsive and accommodating. Would definitely book again when in Como.

Christian was a wonderful host. He met me at the door, showed me around, gave some local restaurant recommendations and was flexible with checkout allowing me to explore Como more after I had arrived later than planned. The apartment has all that you need and is quiet and peaceful despite being right next to a main road. Would absolutely stay here again!

Es war eine sehr erholsame Zeit, in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft.

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende in der Villa am Comer See! Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt inmitten atemberaubender Natur mit traumhaftem Seeblick. Elena war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Die Zufahrtsstraße ist – typisch für die Region – schmal, und die Einfahrt in die Garage recht steil. Mit unserem Opel Astra und VW Golf war das machbar, aber bei tiefergelegten Autos könnte es knapp werden. Kein echter Nachteil, eher eine regionale Eigenheit. Außerdem wurden – wie in Italien oft üblich – vor dem Check-in Ausweiskopien verlangt. Das ist gesetzlich so geregelt, steht aber nicht in der Beschreibung. Auch das werten wir nicht als negativ, sondern als landestypische Besonderheit. Fazit: Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren 1 Woche mit 2 mittelgroßen Hunden in der Unterkunft. Schöner umzäunter Garten allerdings nicht unbedingt ausbruchsicher, je nach Größe und Willen des Hundes. Tolle Aussicht, viele Wanderwege. Schöner kleiner Ort, ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand durch den Wald. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Restaurant im Ort war gut mit freundlicher Bedienung. Duschen war wegen der Stufe in der Wanne etwas abenteuerlich.

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

die Unterkunft ist ausreichend groß mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer einer kleinen Küche und Bad. die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick auf den See und einen kleinen Strand gibt es auch in direkter Nähe:) die Unterkunft war sauber und die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. wir kommen gerne wieder

L'appartement correspond aux photos et à la description, il est complet, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le parking est un gros plus. La vue est époustouflante, on peut rester des heures à regarder le paysage, ça nous fait vite oublier les désagréments de la route (bcp de passage lors de notre venue et énormément de moto, prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger). L'arrêt de bus, juste à côté, est très pratique pour aller à Bellagio, Nesso ou Côme (mais attention à bien choisir vos jours de déplacement pour éviter la foule). Merci pour ces quelques jours de déconnection.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

This place is truly one of a kind. Simply the most exceptional place I have been to. Great restaurants nearby, directly accessible by boat. We just loved cruising around the lake with the small motor boat, it made everything feel more special. The place itself is unique, as only very few houses are available in Santa Margherita. Lots of birds to watch, but the icing on the cake was all the fireflies at night that sparkle in the dark, really magical. But above all, Mattia was the friendliest, most helpful host and made everything nice and comfortable for us.

Daru’s place is even better than the pictures, incredible views, beautiful bedrooms and fully equipped with all the amenities you may need.
