Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cerfontaine

The apartment is really spacious and bright. It also goes to the back of the street making it very quite. I stayed alone but think it would perfectly work for a couple as well. I requested the place very late (9-10PM) and Fabio was very responsive, so I could stay last minute. During my stay was a heatwave which made it a bit hot with the long window front, but Fabio brought a fan right at the first day when I was asking whether it was possible. With the fan it was totally managable for me :). Just a note for future guests: The bedroom does not get very dark, so if you want to sleep in I would recommend bringing a eye mask. I would defently stay again and recommend the place.

Fantastisch, ganz tolle Kommunikation sehr zuverlässig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war wirklich alles da was man braucht für einen runden Aufenthalt da hat großen Spaß gemacht und wir würden sicher wiederkommen und ich würde jedem empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu buchen.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait. Appartement en plein centre de Charleville, dans une rue piétonne très touristique tout en étant hyper calme du fait qu'il soit au fond d'une allée je recommande pour ceux qui veulent être en plein de cœur tout en étant au calme.

On a réservé l'appartement de Jean-François spécialement pour un marathon série, et franchement, c'était parfait ! Le vidéoprojecteur et l'installation home cinéma sont top : on a pu profiter à fond de nos deux nuits. Le canapé est confortable, la connexion WiFi rapide, et tout était nickel à notre arrivée. Merci à Jean-François pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité! On reviendra sans hésiter pour une prochaine session.

Un bon studio avec une super vue sur la campagne. Lors de mon séjour j'ai pu emprunter un vélo pour me balader. Gianni à été très accueillant, merci beaucoup

Candide nous a super accueilli avec un professionnalisme en nous daisant un descriptif rapide Elle est reactive et a lecoute de ses hotes Nous avons apprécié l attention de candide pour le ptit déjeuner ( livraison de baguette fraiche ) Week-end de 48h ressourçant, reposant, silencieux, airbnb situé dans les ardennes toutefois a l interieur dépaysement total, et surtout sur la terrasse on s est cru dans le sud ou ailleurs A recommander +++++

Jeremy s’est montré réactif, a l’écoute et disponible mais surtout très sympathique. Endroit dans un cadre idéal et au calme. Correspond tout à fait aux attentes, je recommande sans hésitation !

Caroline's home was a great retreat for our family of 6! We enjoyed the large living room and especially the outside area with BBQ, a large table and garden games to play on the lawn. While the location (Malonne) is a quiet village, we were aware of this, and many destinations were reachable within 15-30 minutes. Beds are comfy, many mirrors around the house for all the guests to get ready, great kitchen appliances, etc.! We would recommend that anyone stay! Best, Dorian & Family

We hadden met onze groep van 8 personen een fantastisch weekend in deze accommodatie. Alles was kraaknet en in orde. De accommodatie leent zich perfect voor een rustig weekend met vrienden of familie, met alle comfort en voorzieningen aanwezig om hieraan bij te dragen. Het enige minpunt dat we beleefden (maar dit heeft zelfs niks met de accommodatie of met Laurence & Olivier te maken) is dat de buren van 1 aangrenzende woning ons redelijk onbeleefd aangesproken hebben over het feit dat we muziek hadden opstaan (dit was niet overdreven luid en was tevens voor 22u 's avonds). Als deze mensen ons vriendelijk verzocht hadden de muziek stiller te zetten hadden we dit zeker gedaan. Nu daarentegen werden ze boos en vertelden ze ons dat dit elk weekend hetzelfde is, zonder 1 enkele keer simpelweg te vragen om de muziek stiller te zetten. Nogmaals, Laurence & Olivier kunnen hier niks aan doen en dit heeft ook niks met de accommodatie zelf te maken. Conclusie: Een ware aanrader!!

Gite très original, singulier et plein de charme dans un cadre isolé mais très au calme. Rien n'est proche mais tout est accessible (activités, services, commerces riches dans un périmètre maximum de 1h). Pas de réseau mais Wi-Fi à disposition. Pas de serviette (comme indiqué) mais toutes les autres commodités sont là. Les "activités de bar" proposées et la possibilité d'installer un fut sont un vrai plus de ce logement rénové avec gout et qualité. Idéal pour un weekend entre amis. Martine est une hôte réactive et adaptable qui sait transmettre son attachement à ce lieu où elle a grandit par ses exigences justifiées. Prenez soin de ce lieu et de tout ce qu'il contient, il le mérite et vous en profiterez d'autant plus tout en laissant d'autres le découvrir avec autant de plaisir que nous.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille. Le cadre est super et paisible. Le logement était très bien équipé et propre. Dominique est très accueillante et réactive.

Un magnifique week-end chez Stéphane et Dominique. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir prolongé notre séjour pour profiter de l’endroit et des environs. Petit brunch sympa et paisible le dimanche matin sur la terrasse. Notre fille qui s’est mariée la veille a apprécié le calme et la nature paisible après cet événement festif ! Nous recommandons vivement le Gîte du Commandant 🙏

Een heerlijk huis met vijf slaapkamers en ieder een eigen badkamer met toilet, heel bijzonder. De huiskamer erg ruim en prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving. Het is er erg rustig, geen verkeer, geen toeristen, heel veel natuur met hazen en herten. Als gezin met 10 personen hebben echt genoten van dit mooie huis en omgeving!!!

On a passé un excellent weekend chez Claudine. Tout était propre et rangé. C'est un paradis pour les enfants et pour les parents. Merci !

Celia es una anfitriona excepcional. Estuvo a nuestra disposición durante toda la estancia. Tened en cuenta que el apartamento es muy luminoso, si tenéis horario nocturno importante que llevéis antifaz.

Magnifique appartement en plein centre ville. Décoré avec beaucoup de soin et parfaitement équipé. Nous avons également trouvé l'appartement très propre et la literie très confortable . Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Logement conforme aux photos. Layla a été très réactive et flexible tout au long du séjour. Merci beaucoup et bien sûr je recommande aux autres voyageurs 😄

It's a wow factor apartment with an amazing view of Hotel De Ville right out the window - especially beautiful at night. The apartment was on the 5th floor with an elevator with plenty of free street parking available at all times, no hassles there. The furnishings were new and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals at home easily. The bathroom was compact but practical and squeaky clean. The bed was super comfortable with room to hang and store clothing. A washing machine/dryer was in the unit as was and iron and ironing board. It was light and airy and smelt fresh and new each time you walked in. It's a great base to explore the surrounding areas and an easy 15 minute walk into the old town (Place Ducale) - plenty to do in the area. Geraldine was a super host, she greeted us and checked in on us during our stay, which was super nice of her. We were there on a Saturday so saw 5 weddings at the Hotel De Ville - very special.

Wunderbare Wohnung direkt an der Maas, perfekt für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad und Auto. In dem kleinen Garten hinter dem Haus kann man Frühstück und Abendessen in der Natur genießen und dabei den Schwalben bei der Jagd zuschauen. Die Wohnung von Francis & Catherine ist sehr zu empfehlen.

J ai été très bien accueilli de façon très sympathique en personne par Thomas. Il a toujours été disponible en cas de besoin entre ses activités professionnelles. Studio très propre, très agréable et lumineux avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Literie très confortable pour de bonnes et douces nuits. Je recommande ce logement très bien situé aux portes de l avesnois pour faire plein de belles balades sans oublier Avesnes où vous avez accès à pied depuis le logement. J y retournerais avec plaisir. Très bel endroit et Thomas est très sympathique et consciencieux.

After several years, we stayed in Pierre's "Gite" for the second time now, and I loved it even more then in 2019. The apartment is spacious and cosy, the little terrace has a wonderful view, and everything is set in a beautiful and quiet landscape. We also enjoyed the heated pool a lot. Above all, the hospitality of Pierre and his team stands out. He's extremely caring and helpful in every respect. If you have an opportunity to join the "Table d’Hôte", then this is highly recommended. Pierre will offer a wonderful selection of local food and wine, and there's nothing better then returning to the cosy apartment after such a delicious and satisfying dinner. We will return for sure come back. Thanks, Pierre!
